Aww. Looks like I missed it. I lucked up and found one almost a year ago on Ebay. I really like Purple Veil. With all the purple lippies out today it's too bad Milani didn't continue to sell that one.

If you happen to catch the old Milani liner in Plum, it's also pretty close to Purple Veil. It's just a little more muted.

Cool! Thanks abjarrett. Would you happen to have MAC's Rich Purple Chomagraphic pencil? I have it but I don't have Milani's Plum to compare it to. I guess I COULD swatch it next to Purple Veil to see how similar they are. Thanks again for the swatches.

Nope, I don't have Rich Purple. I was originally planning on buying it, but lucked out and got Plum and Purple veil in a lot on Ebay. A lot of 24 pencils for $22 was a lot more desirable than paying MAC prices.

If you don't mind, let us know how Rich Purple compares to Purple Veil. I'm stingy with my Purple Veil because I don't have a backup, so if it's close, I might need to pick up Rich Purple.

So how do you feel about smoked purple? I see that you have both cyber and smoked purple? Are they both the same with just different finishes? Do you perfer one over the other if so why? I ask because I was thinking of getting that sometime in the future but never came across anyone who could give me their honest opinion about these two lippies. Side note to self... that PC is a MUST HAVE!!!

I saw the Rich Purple pencil and was going to try and get it when I ordered my PC stuff but didn't see on the site if it was lip safe or not. I think i right still get it anyway though since it looks so pretty. Lol

In the past, I've noticed collections going up at 0600, 0900, 1800, and 2100h. It's usually not a random hit throughout the day. I'll be checking before work tonight, and as soon as I get home tomorrow morning, the serious stalking will begin.

I was checking for Heroine too, even though I don't need it haha...

I don't know what to expect from MAC with this collection, so I guess the only thing we can do is wait and stalk.

^ of course that can happen... different batches/lots will produce slightly different colours /textures.

that's why many severely addicted mu addicts buy bus of products they like -- or hunt down the older versions.

Thanks so much for the swatches! Since I have Rebel and Cyber, this gives me a good idea of where the new shades will fall. Instigator reminds me a little of Tribalist, the vampy berry shade that came out a few years back and one of my very favourite vampy lipsticks ever. PC is just... hypnotising. I'm in love.

Aw I'm so jealous how it looks so gorgeous purple on you!

PC is so dark on me I really have to only dab it on/sheer it out to make it look remotely purple.
