You go! Nice to see a seriously pale lady upload some photos here with these. I particularly like Instigator on you without the liner! It's going to look amazing with a wash of It's Physical on the lids. I hope you're considering getting that one. Do you have plans for wearing Instigator to some holiday festivities?

I haven't had a chance to catch up in this thread yet but I have STILL not received any form of confirmation from Nordstrom in my email account. However, I just logged into my Nordies account and it said one of the orders is complete and I have tracking. But my Hautecore lipstick still says 'In Progress." :(

Yay I have a tracking number for my order. My SK is my Christmas present to myself. I need to go track my EE if I get both tomorrow I will be a happy girl.

Wahoo. I was finally able to order. All that was left on Nordies was studded kiss, and hautecore, I just ordered studded kiss. Now just waiting on the confirmation email. I got it in time for the overnight delivery so fingers crossed! I think I'll just get hautecore, PC, and instigator in store I want to swatch those first.

Those 8 minutes went by fast! Okay, Matthew G. from Nordstrom chat was very nice. He said my Hautecore item is fine and scheduled to ship today. He is also going to resend my order confirmations to my email account. It is funny, my email already has my chat transcript but still no order email.

Really hoping I get to wear instigator on xmas or the day after! I got a ship confirm with nordies. Super excited!! Hope you ladies that missed out have luck on the mac site! I wish there was more reviews on the quad still on the fence about it. Macs quads are sooo hit or miss.

They take forever to send out emails sometimes. When I called and canceled Heroine, the lady was like "The email just sent showing cancellation." And I didn't get it for an hour lol

Very Pretty. Someone ask me PC or Intigator and i answered Instigator :) we are NC 35 right? On this skintone Instigator look better i think :? Jejeje

Thank you! I'm in between NC30 and NC35, I agree with you! Instigator does look better for our skintone! :)

I've been thinking up some looks, because you know as soon as I've got my goodies in hand, they're going straight on my face! First off, the blushes I'm going to use are going to be Bareness, Amber Glow and Lavish Living for all of them. At Dusk and Vintage Grape for the more girly looks. Stormy Pink pp or Taupe Shape for contouring, especially with Hautecore and PC (have I raved lately about how amazing Stormy Pink is for a fantastic, semi-subtle contour on NC15?) Black Grape pressed pigment is going to be great with all of them in a sheer wash, especially H and SK. Pink Pepper will be great with SK, I and H (it might be a little too warm to go with PC). The 2x Dare palette is going to be great, and so will my old standbys All Woman quad and Temperature Rising quad. Both of the fluidlines from MN, especially It's Physical, will be amazing as washes on the lids and/or smudged around as liner. The black and white Big Bounces are gonna get pulled out for these too. Stormy Pink, Camel Coat, Genuine Treasure and Dangerous Cuvee PPs are all going to get used, alone and underneath other shadows. I think I will lean more towards soft smokey style eyes without strong liner or sparkling sheer but not nude eyes with or without some liner. Hardcore winged liner will happen too, but I think I may opt for off-black, softer shades like grey or dark blue or burgundy, rather than straight black. If I use black, black major cat eyes, I'll more likely top the lippies with one of the glosses, or just use a gloss on its own. I don't think blacktrack + matte lips is so original anymore, at least in my city and I want to look different than every rock 'n roll dolly girl in this town, but let's face it, it certainly is a good look, and I'll probably do it too, but for daytime without any foundation or powder and plenty of serum/face oil for a very moist bare skin.

PC is just such a strong, weird color. That's what you might be responding to. When we were playing around, one of the MAs who is your skin tone gave it a go and it looked great, but it's definitely one of those colors you need to be more careful about what you're using on your eyes and cheeks. Unlike Instigator, I don't think PC is the sort of color you can just wear on the lips with a bare face if you have a medium skin tone…naked face + PC is a little more for very pale or very dark coloring. Even then, it may take some perfecting and a little extra on the eyes, cheeks or both. Try PC with something like Mauveless or one of the Frosts & Metallics pink/red/purple shadows - it will brighten up the look to use something with a little warmth, but also some blue in it - so think mauve, burgundy, purplish taupes. Use a great navy liner instead of flat black too - like Night Trail plp (perfect navy for warm skin tones - I use it more than black nowadays).
