MAC Punk Couture Collection (December 26, 2013)

New here on Speckra! & HAD to join bc of this collection! Hahaha :yaay: I'm a HUGE fan of purple lippies so I had to snag Punk Couture... I also wanted to pick up Instigator, but decided not to.  I already owned Heroine and I just picked up another Ruby Woo. Lol I LOVEEE the COLOR Punk Couture, but something is wrong with the pay-off. You obv have to swipe it a few times to get max results. Although it's supposed to be matte, it's much creamier. Its a love/hate relationship. Lol.

I don't own any nars products except for a multiple and the pro long wear eye pencils. I guess I have to get some nars blush.

YES YOU NEED NARS IN YOUR LIFE. i love there blushes you cant go wrong with them !!

 How about e/s. I know neutrals are ideal for instigator but I want to do something fun without having my eye m/u look like I'm in drag mode. I just have no vision as to what to do with the lippies and the rest of my makeup now that I have them. Btw, I hope you don't mind but yesterday I stared at one of your pictures trying to recreate the winged eyeliner look and mine turned out OK. Not as f*ng awesome as yours but I'll get there. lol I hope you get on yt on day.

As for your eyes, you can see that i did add some colour in my crease (still keeping it neutral), but you can always switch it to a colour similar to your lip colour. Or keep the crease neutral and add the colour to the bottom lashline, making it as soft or as intense as you want, depending on your comfort level. If it's soft, add a skintone waterline. If it's intense, do a black waterline. For Instigator, try Sketch (more red-based purples. For PC, try Indian Ink (more blue-based).

I really really love Hautecore!! I had Firm Form and just never got it to look nice on me... This was weirdly easy to look great! I think it's something Mac should consider making permanent! Which I NEVER say about something I have only tried once!!... It's just lovely!!! I think they did themselves proud with this one!! =)

IMO no. It has too much coral in it.

Thanks babe-alicious! I've got about almost a nickel-sized amount of pan showing in mine. I'm trying to use it up so i can pop the next one in. I accidentally depotted a second without realizing that i already had one in my palette, so he's freefloating in my drawer, waiting for a home in my neutral palette.

Thanks, I'm gonna have to check out your blush recommendations. All my blushes tend to be on the coral side. Can't believe I don't have a neutral one in my stash to go with my PC lippies! Any suggestions for NC30?
