I don't know how this happen. They used that UPS/USPS service, so now it is in the hands of USPS. I've currently been on hold on the phone for the last 30-some minutes waiting for the USPS to take my call. SMH! Frustrated to the max! Hopefully, I can get it resolved soon.How did they get your delivery wrong when they have your address?? You should probably have them call Ups or fedex and tell them that its not the right city. Thats what I had to do with one of my packages before. UPS center in my city was cool so It worked out fine.

You should still be getting it but it may not be until the 3rd!I will NEVER order from Macys again. I tracked my package to see if it is out for delivery. Yes! It is out for delivery in a city 4 hours away! So I try to remain calm as possible and call Macys to see what is going on. The rep. tells me ma'am it is out for delivery. I said yes I know in a city 4 hours away from my mailing address. She goes on to ask for my address and I tell her. She says that is correct. Im saying to myself, "No Sh!#, Sherlock"! I repeat ma'am it is out for delivery in __________________ city and not the city I live in. It as if a light bulb went just off in her head. She says well your EDD is now 1/3/14 and if it is not received by then, please call us back and we will send you out another package. Im reallynow! I told her good luck with that since what I ordered is sold out everywhere and don't bother, I just want my refund back! Macys really needs to tighten up! This is really poor service.

Im so glad I ordered PC and Instigator from MAC directly! All I need to do is reorder Jet Boy and No Apologies from Mac Online. Macys better refund me ASAP!!!
My order from Macy's originally was said to be delivered Jan 3rd but when I checked status on Saturday, it said that my local post office had received it and I would be receiving it on Dec. 30th (today).Maybe they didn't update their information properly? It may be in the right city for delivery but they may not have updated the system when it got to the correct location.
They can get in a lot of trouble for not getting the requested items to the customer so I doubt you won't get it! Just keep an eye out today in your mailbox!

Thanks! I hope so. When I originally checked on Friday, it said I would get it on today 12/30/2013 (that is why I checked again this morning). When I saw out for delivery in the other city, I was like WTH? UPS and USPS both need to work out the logistical errors they are having.You should still be getting it but it may not be until the 3rd!

Finally got to swatch what was left of this collection and MN. The only lipsticks left were Hautecore and Studded Kiss. I already got Hautecore during Black Friday, so I searched SK and ended up getting two! I wasn't planning on it, told myself I have a gang of red lipsticks that I don't wear at all or enough...but SK is stunning. It's a very beautifully rich deep red with a gorgeous matte finish - absolutely lovely!

Mine (SK) came today, I was worried it might be too dark for me having small (but perfectly formed
) lips but it's really beautiful!

AGREED. I hate the post office to be honest. Last Christmas, I ordered something for my boyfriend and through Tilly's and they used the UPS/USPS delivery. It was a nightmare. Such a lack of communication between them. Very frustrating. If I would have known Macy's shipped things the same way, I probably would have waited for the MAC release online or in stores but I am incredibly impatient.
After ordering the first two RIRI releases in the beginning of the year for RRW, RRB, & HEAUX, I didn't want another anxiety attack with the MAC site freezing because everyone is trying to buy. So I had to get them through Macy's... lol

You will probably get it. With the service that they use (when it switches to USPS from UPS) the tracking can get inaccurate or very delayed. It may very well be in another city right now but not out for delivery. Just in the hands of USPS or being delivered to USPS to go through the remaining steps of their delivery process. Sucks but it's a cheaper service for companies to use. I don't like when any of my packages come through USPS and I absolutely hate when they exchange hands from UPS to USPS because tracking is horrendous.

I brought pc insigator and studded kiss I think I may want one but the lack of swatches don't have me really wanting I guess once I see some swatches I may get one

Jet Boy is BEAUTIFUL!!! But I recommend applying it with a lip brush instead of the applicator it comes with! I used it on top of my HC lipstick and the applicator caused some of the black to wipe off.
