i was told faux and taupe were very close, this lip color depend so much on your natural lip color. It was a hit or miss.

Interesting. I'll check into those, too. I wasn't able to get BGRR so just swatched Twig against the tester at the counter but BGRR was definitely browner than Twig. Faux and taupe may be closer, although I suspect Twig is probably more flattering on me, anyway, because of the pinker tone.

Thank you very much! Nice to be able to look at BGRR and Twig side-by-side again instead of just trusting to my memory. For me, I think Twig's a pretty acceptable dupe, and I don't have much hope of catching a restock of BGRR on the Canadian Mac site.

Twig is one of my fave MAC lipsticks ever. So very thankful it's perm. It's odd because I didn't like BGRR on me that much; I think it pulled maybe a bit too orange on me for my liking. When I wear Twig, it's more of a flattering browny pink shade. It's one of my "default" lippies, when I can't figure out what I want to wear, I'll go to Twig, Hot Chocolate or Sharp Focus.

Yes, that's why I'm not too crushed that I missed out on BGRR. I never tried BGRR on since it was sold out by time I got to the counter and they just had the tester. But I'm pretty sure Twig looks better on me than BGRR would, anyway.

Pleasure bomb. No liner. I was feeling my self with the head chain and all that. Lol don't mind me. But this lipstick is do pretty. Application is excellent. No issues. 5 on 5 for me
