No, they feel stiff and firm. They soften as you glide them over the lip, but they don't get smooshy instantly the way the SS do. It's much easier to get a crisp edge to your lips as you apply them. They're not greasy feeling at all. All in all, very different from the Sheen Supremes - people need to get over the form factor, because that's pretty much the only thing the two have.
There are quite a few colors that are similar to the ones in MN. Rusty is really gorgeous and pretty much the same thing as Carnal Instinct, instead of frost you get a deep, stained glass sort of look. A lot of people will prefer the way Out For Passion looks to Morning Rose (I actually prefer Out For Passion on me more than Venus or Gem of Roses - it really makes my green eyes pop). Touche is a soft pale nude that you could easily wear instead of of the MN nudes. My favorite colors didn't always turn out to be the ones I expected. Commotion is so beautiful. It's just like Color Saturation csg, which happens to be one of my favorites shades. This texture is so much nicer than just a gloss, and of course, unlike gloss, it doesn't settle or feather or wear off instantly if you eat or drink. I thought I was going to love Cherry Glaze and Red Necessity, but they weren't the most flattering reds for me. Instead Rusty and Commotion (which isn't red, but is plenty vampy) were the ones that looked best. I am still considering them, but they'd look better in the summer when I have more of a tan. Another one I was on the fence with was Feeling Amorous? It's a great fuchsia but I honestly don't need any more of that color and for me, it just wasn't quite right - it will be so much more awesome on deeper skin tones and probably way better on NWs just in general. I did LOVE Fresh & Frisky a TON! It's like Runway Hit, but in this formula. Totally love it!!! Also I am going to get Rich Marron, which wasn't as much like Go For It csg as I was hoping, but is very similar to Posh Tone Mineralize Lipstick, just a little deeper and more than a little cooler-toned. I will get a ton of use out of it, so it's staying. Touche is totally a dupe for Luxe Naturale Mineralize Lipstick, but unlike LN, which never seemed quite right on me and I'd keep skipping, Touche blends really well with your natural lip color, personalizing it just enough without its own color getting lost. What A Feeling is very much in the same vein as stuff like Pink Popcorn, so if you were running out of that one, What A Feeling will be coming right in time. Love Beam was also a very nice cute pink, that was suitable for the texture. Fashion Force was very similar to Out For Passion, except it's the coral version. I usually do better in coral than pink, but in this particlar case OFP brought out my eyes more than FF, so out of the two I'll take OFP. FF will be better at bringing out blue eyes, I think. It's very much like Ever Hip, so all of you who need some more of that are going to be really happy. I'm going to get Commotion, Rusty (instead of Carnal Desire), Rich Marron, Fresh & Frisky and Out For Passion (I honestly prefer the way OFP looks on me to the way Morning Rose does, but I'm going to get them both, since they're pretty different shades). I'm considering Touche and one of the reds, maybe Red Necessity, but I'm probably going to skip them.
