Uhh, random question -sorry if this has been asked before- are they limited edition? o_O I thought they would become permanent since the Mineralize Lipsticks are discontinued. Am I wrong? If so, I could kick my ass. I'm on a low-buy right now and I thought I could get them later on, so no need to spend my money now but apparently... Oh well. Just my luck. Nevermind, I've got enough lipsticks.
Are the mineralized lipsticks discontinued?? Those are one of my favourites, I love the formula!! Here in Spain they still have them but if they're being discontinued I'll have to get some!

I'm kinda excited about the prospect of being able to pick some up in the CCO. lol. I only have Midnight Mambo and I like it so I'll definitely probably get a couple once they land at my local CCO.

Yup. I am going to the CCO in Osage Beach as soon as it thaws out here to check. That is the best thing about being here. The CCO is 30 minutes away.

Luckily I work near an outlet mall that has one in it, so I can get there in about 5 minutes after I leave work. lol I might stop by sometime this week to check it out.

No, they feel stiff and firm. They soften as you glide them over the lip, but they don't get smooshy instantly the way the SS do. It's much easier to get a crisp edge to your lips as you apply them. They're not greasy feeling at all. All in all, very different from the Sheen Supremes - people need to get over the form factor, because that's pretty much the only thing the two have.

There are quite a few colors that are similar to the ones in MN. Rusty is really gorgeous and pretty much the same thing as Carnal Instinct, instead of frost you get a deep, stained glass sort of look. A lot of people will prefer the way Out For Passion looks to Morning Rose (I actually prefer Out For Passion on me more than Venus or Gem of Roses - it really makes my green eyes pop). Touche is a soft pale nude that you could easily wear instead of of the MN nudes. My favorite colors didn't always turn out to be the ones I expected. Commotion is so beautiful. It's just like Color Saturation csg, which happens to be one of my favorites shades. This texture is so much nicer than just a gloss, and of course, unlike gloss, it doesn't settle or feather or wear off instantly if you eat or drink. I thought I was going to love Cherry Glaze and Red Necessity, but they weren't the most flattering reds for me. Instead Rusty and Commotion (which isn't red, but is plenty vampy) were the ones that looked best. I am still considering them, but they'd look better in the summer when I have more of a tan. Another one I was on the fence with was Feeling Amorous? It's a great fuchsia but I honestly don't need any more of that color and for me, it just wasn't quite right - it will be so much more awesome on deeper skin tones and probably way better on NWs just in general. I did LOVE Fresh & Frisky a TON! It's like Runway Hit, but in this formula. Totally love it!!! Also I am going to get Rich Marron, which wasn't as much like Go For It csg as I was hoping, but is very similar to Posh Tone Mineralize Lipstick, just a little deeper and more than a little cooler-toned. I will get a ton of use out of it, so it's staying. Touche is totally a dupe for Luxe Naturale Mineralize Lipstick, but unlike LN, which never seemed quite right on me and I'd keep skipping, Touche blends really well with your natural lip color, personalizing it just enough without its own color getting lost. What A Feeling is very much in the same vein as stuff like Pink Popcorn, so if you were running out of that one, What A Feeling will be coming right in time. Love Beam was also a very nice cute pink, that was suitable for the texture. Fashion Force was very similar to Out For Passion, except it's the coral version. I usually do better in coral than pink, but in this particlar case OFP brought out my eyes more than FF, so out of the two I'll take OFP. FF will be better at bringing out blue eyes, I think. It's very much like Ever Hip, so all of you who need some more of that are going to be really happy. I'm going to get Commotion, Rusty (instead of Carnal Desire), Rich Marron, Fresh & Frisky and Out For Passion (I honestly prefer the way OFP looks on me to the way Morning Rose does, but I'm going to get them both, since they're pretty different shades). I'm considering Touche and one of the reds, maybe Red Necessity, but I'm probably going to skip them.
ok, I need to go back and take a look at these colors again. I wasnt feel well and just swatched them on ,my hand. I didn't pay attn to most and of course you have me feeling like I'm missing something.
What wwas your final list?

Rusty, Commotion, Fresh & Frisky, Rich Marron, Out for Passion - still thinking about Touche and Red Necessity.
Shame there wasn't any tasty meat in that cabinet! Beautiful cat - what a face!
Thanks, Liba! I love the little rascal. He opens that chute about 2-3x a day. He can also pull open the drawer under the over where my pots and pans are. He also can open the living room closet door, pull my long, heavy winter coat off the hanger and commence to drag it half way across my living room floor. He is a busy little boy! When he looks at me with that face, I can't get mad. I just smile and laugh!

Thanks so much for your input on these Huggables. I decided to keep my Out For Passion and add a few Touche' to the mix, as well as Fresh & Frisky, Love Beam, What a Feeling! and Marron'. My lips thank you.

I haven't bought anything yet, but I think I'm about to pull the trigger. I'm just afraid if I try one or two and actually really like the formula, I'll end up getting them all.

I picked up Rusty and was hoping to hold out on the others until I saw how I liked the formula - I, too, was worried they'd be close to the Sheen Supremes, which I like but don't need more of. I'm waiting for Rusty to arrive and hope the others stick around until it does!

I have a few Sheen Supremes. They are nothing alike ... at all!

I'd pull the trigger fast, if I were you. :) My local MAC was sold out of a few already.

Yep..these are nothing like the sheen supremes. They feel a bit more balmy on me than the sheen supremes if u know what i mean.

Yep, I know exactly what you mean. It amazing how moist ... but how lightweight they feel, all rolled together. As a matter of fact, I think I'll slap one on right now, just for the fun of it.

For what it's worth, I'm loving Commotion (NC15). I tried this over some Bite Line & Define Lip Primer that I picked up at Sephora. It's a really pretty deep pink wine burgundy (if that makes sense?). It has a bit of that "stained glass' effect that Liba described when I first applied it. Now after several hours, it's softened to a pretty, even stain. No feathering--I'm not sure whether that's because I followed Liba's advice when I applied it, or because of the Bite primer.

I also ordered (but haven't yet tried) Red Necessity, Rich Marron and Rusty. I'm pretty confident that I'll like what I ordered, but won't need any more---four huggables should last me for a while! :)
