I don't have any lipglasses - how sticky are they? Am I going to be constantly reapplying and pulling hair off of my lips? Because I keep going back and forth (I'm addicted to glitter!) but I'm not buying something that's just going to be a sticky mess on my face.

Personally, I love lipglasses. I prefer a stickier consistency. It stays on the lips better. I am willing to deal with those moments when my hair gets caught up on my glossy lips. But if you don't like sticky and you don't want to worry about pulling the hair off your lips, then this won't be for you. On the bright side, you'll save yourself a little extra cash. :)

I don't find them overly sticky at all and really like the lip glasses. I usually get like 3- 3 1/2 hours of wear on one (unless I eat or drink) and think their slightly sticky texture is what helps them last a bit longer. It is nothing that has ever bothered me and I don't really notice it after it "sets" though I know it does bother some ladies.

Thanks ladies! The lip glass may be an initial skip for me then and I may go back and pick one up after reading/seeing some reviews!

You're welcome! I know they let you try them on at the counter using a disposable wand (I've never attempted it), but I know how creepy that can still be so you may or may not want to do that. lol

haha yeahhh I think I'll pass on that one, lol. Maybe I'll swatch it on my hand or something but I don't put anything on my mouth. I've watched so many girls walk through Sephora, picking up tester tubes and applying them directly to their mouths! SO gross.

I really don't think I could ever bring myself to lip swatch a lip glass, too much of a chance someone used the perm-wand and put it back in the tube. If on the off chance I have a colour I'm interested in lipstick wise and want to lip swatch it first I will have the MUA clean it with alcohol and then do it again myself with my personal spray bottle I keep in my purse. Heck, I even spray new lippies from the box before using them for the first time. lol

One of the nastiest things I've seen is a girl tried on some makeup at a CCO, and then wiped the excess off ON A CLEAN BOX OF MAKEUP BEHIND THE TESTER!!!!! Now that box is covered in her spit and finger grease.

Found this on IG, the lipstick & gloss together looks great...but I keep going back & fourth with getting the lipstick ughh! I think I might skip though since I feel I have something similar already! Might just get the lipglass to put over the reds I already have!

This makes it official, the lipglass is a must have if I can deal with the stickiness (will be my only lipglass lol). The lipstick is definitely a try on and if it works out for me personally, a buy.
