Undereye concealer making my entire face look pale?

I was matched as NC25. I had a MAC mua tell me my concealer should be NC15. (2 shades lighter and I don't know why) Today, on a day I was in a rush, I dabbed on some concealer under my eyes and buffed on some NC25 Studio Fix Powder Foundation and blush. Once I got in my car, in natural sunlight, my face looked pale...& too light, overall. It's winter so I'm not tanned right now, but my face looks too light with the powder foundation. Maybe I should move up to NC30 in the powder foundation, it has been 3 years since I was matched as NC25? Is it possible my skin has darkened with age? LOL

You could try 2 things, one being their concealer palette it offers more variety in terms of undertones and combating different concealing problems. Sometimes just a plain concealer, Especially if you're more fair, can look "pale". MAC also has a pen corrector from their prep and prime line and it has 4 or 5 colours, the pen with the peach tone, if used sparingly could warm up your concealer if mixed together! Lastly finishing powder. Instead of using a lighter shade or your true shade, try one shade darker to set Under your eyes. As for your skin getting darker with age, I'm not sure it gets darker in reality, But skin does loose it's vibrancy and radiance with age, a good exfoliation 1-2 tomes a week will help! Their volcanic ash face mask/exfoliating scrub is literally to die for! Hope this helps! :)

P.s. possibly try NC20 concealer instead or NW15

Your concealer should always match your skin. If you're using it just under your eyes, go for NW20. However, it sounds like your foundations is also the wrong colour as you feel like you look too light all over. I'd suggest getting rematched for your foundation, and then get a new colour of concealer as well, to MATCH the foundation, but not lighter.
