I'm just not sure how the shade of Touche will look on my very pigmented lips.
Well I've got pigmented lips and I thought Touche works much better than that same shade in other formulas. It's just a teeny bit darker than Luxe Naturale Mineralize lipstick but the texture and smoothness of Touche suits the color so much more. It also reminded me a bit of that nude from Carine Roitfeld, but again, nicer because so much smoother and a more coverage than that one. It's the sort of color that works in this formula, because the pigments sort of sit above the lip as if suspended in the moist, smooth texture. Touche had a good look when down to a stain too.

For me, I gravitate a little more to Rich Marron than Touche, but I can't get Touche out of my mind and will probably get it before too long and wear it all the time when I want the most bare look.

Kinda off-topic, but whatever lol.

Do you have Shiseido Perfect Rouge in RS347 (Ballet)? If you don't I'd urge you swatch it the next time you pass a Shiseido counter. I know you love your pinks and this is a particulary beautiful specimen.
So I went to go look at my Shiseido stash (just in case) & I did find PK-311 which is an absolutely beautiful ballet soft nude rose pink! LOVE it on.Then I grabbed my Smashbox limitless eyeliner & gave myself a mini-winged liner

I forgot what a great liner those are for the winged liner challenged

Actually, that sounds perfect. I wanted it for that bare look. I haven't gone nude for awhile

That's one of the skinny ones isn't it? I seem to recall swatching it.

Haha no liner in the world is going to help this winged liner challenged soul. One of these days I'm going to bite the bullet and try Erin's tutorial.

Yep, its a skinny. I have several of those ;)

No seriously, the limitless liners are insanely easy to use - foolproof. My wing only went up a little bit - not like Erines

I'm on a low buy so I only ordered one. It just arrived in the mail!! I got Love Beam and I absolutely love it!!! Only thing is I wasn't expecting it to be so pigmented. I wanted a quick grab and slap on with no mirror kind of thing and this isn't it lol!
I was thinking about LB, but it's sold out. But I'm glad I didn't get it based on your description. I have OFP and I really like it. I am allowing myself only 1 more of these! So I want to go with something I can grab & go and it sounds like LB isn't it! HeeHee
I think Rusty might be my winner! Although elegant has FA sounding pretty darn purty! But Rusty wins for the more "unique to my stash" shade!

HeeHee Oh TRUST ME... I wasn't! I knew right away that I have THAT color times 1 Million!
Thanks for keeping on my butt!
I'm only getting 1 more of these because I really like this formula and it's LE, but I want to make sure I get a color that's at least somewhat unique to my stash...

That's why I got OFP - I didn't have any pinks (other than Twig and Brave, and they're not real pinks). I liked OFP and Fresh & Frisky (my replacement for Razzledazzler) so much that I ended up ordering Rusty (also unique in my stash) just before the end of the year. I was going to exchange my Christmas Instigator for another Huggable, but ended up swapping it out for Morning Rose.

Then I feel pretty secure grabbing Rusty because I think it's a justified addition to my stash. And that will only make 2 of these Huggables for me! Last year, I'm sure I would've had over half of them by now! I'm happy with my choices I think. Thanks for the reassurance!

The closest colour I have to it is Camden Chic (mattene), but I like Rusty a lot better. I've had to force myself to wear CC since I got it; I see a ziplock BTM bag in its future. I much prefer a cremesheen like finish now. I love how light, juicy looking and fresh the Huggable finish is.

I hear you about old buying patterns. I bought four lippies from a family member for Christmas (OFP, F&F, Studded Kiss and Morning Rose). I did go back for Rusty once I tried the Huggables, but a year ago I'd have also bought Cherry Glaze and a couple of the others. These are softer than most lippies and wearable enough that I know I'll go through the three I have , so I feel good about having added them.

Yay! I confess I caved and added a second of these too, I kept thinking about What A Feeling and it really is a colour I don't have in my stash. I don't feel too bad because this was technically the last collection (along with MN) before I started my low-buy, and only 2 is still not bad.

I just got my What A Feeling. Love it! I thought I would try stepping it up even more, so I put Guerlain #463 on top. It's like lips on crack! :)

I took some crappy swatches this morning. Thought I'd share anyway lol. When I tried Love Bite on yesterday I thought it looked like so many things I already own. There are probably more in my collection but these were the first I could think of. If a MAC lover asked me what it was similar to I'd say these colors and a watered down version of Party Parrot, which I could have gotten just mixing that with a balm. I do like this formula better than the Revlon lip butter so that will go in the give away pile.

Revlon Sweet Tart, Love Beam, Lustering, Party Parrot and Love Beam again

Got my what a feeling, and it is very Pink Popcornesque. I like it though but the bloggers swatches were so off. These are so pigmented. They are the lightest posted swatches ever.

I got my Rich Marron today and I couldn't be more happier with it! I truly love the Huggable formula - it doesn't dry my lips, hurray!!
I want to go back for Touche and What a Feeling

I KNEW that would be a fantastic red for you!!

I wish it was more perfect on me - it needs a touch more blue in it and maybe a teeny bit darker to really wake up my skin. Cherry Glaze wasn't right for me either. Maybe the next batch of Huggables will have my dream scarlet? For me, Rusty is the most flattering but it's not true movie star red on me, even though it pulls pretty red for my coloring. I will be patient and in the meantime enjoy your enjoyment! This formula gives 20 years back to our lips for sure!!!!
