lol maybe try some of nyx liners. Those are very affordable. Off the top of my head bloom or fushcia might work.

I got the NYX fushia the other day to try underneath it but I think my upper lip still seems darker. Or is it just not possible to get both lips the same shade with a lighter lipstick like Pleasure Bomb?
