MAC Early Buzz - News for Upcoming Collections in 2014

Sorry if I missed this...what is the moody blooms collection?

We only have the name so far. No info, no pics.

Here is Dandelion (original name was Asia blush as it is light and was originally intended for the Asia mkt)...

swatches are on a white towel as it's sunset almost so my fingers were useless.

top right is Pink Cult which a you can see has def greyish beigey tone.

left and center are two revisions of Dandelion -- the final one is the center one on bottom. It is pinkier peach with a the tiniest hint of gold but so tiny it's approved by me who hates glimmer or glitter. I just applied some on my face and it is truly a gorgeous colour!

Reminds me of Benefit's Dandelion.

No it does not look like Benefit's Dandelion -- that is a much much lighter shade with less piigmentation and def leans very light peach pink. This is well pigmented and is slightly deeper and more neutral with some beige in it.

it will be perfect for the summer nudes/peaches/bronzes and neutrals we will all want.

I have Dandelion for about two years now -- most of my testers look a bit grungy but I can swatch and take a pic tomorrow if you guys wish.

The color looks gorgeous, HG- thank you for posting photos! It must be superb to have stood out in your mind after all these hectic years.

Pink Cult was too powdery on me and played up peach fuzz. Would you say this one has a less chalky texture?

This is a very peculiar colour -- similar in neutrality to pink cult but with a quality of sheerness and a teeny tiny bit of peach and gold. Not chalky at all. It should not dust up with any chalk on your face .. It doesn't on mine and my old pug face --

yes, I remember it well because I was in the throes of grief for several people all at once and this one tiny bit of product made me smile.. so it stayed in my heart. I have about 3 good ones.. and a few revision testers. But I do recommend it and think you will enjoy it.
