Im VIB and they never said there were only 500 available. it didnt even say LE in the site.
i thought it was going to be a Shade Exclusive to sephora. like the OCC Nylon liptar.

Well, that's it. The makeup gods have spoken and I am not destined to have Illamasqua's nail varnish in Purity. To review, during the sale I placed an order for a few things, this nail varnish being one of them. It arrived with a crack somewhere in it because it leaked all over the side of the bottle. So I emailed Sephora and they sent me a new one.
Got the new one. Sure enough, this one was leaking all over the place too. I could barely even get it out of the box because there was so much nail polish leaking out that the bottle stuck to the inside of the box. So I called Sephora for a refund, but they convinced me to have it shipped to me one last time, with a few samples thrown in for my trouble.
Today, I got my Purity for the 3rd time, along with a few fragrance samples. Opened it up and guess what...
Yeah, I'm done.
Got the new one. Sure enough, this one was leaking all over the place too. That just Sucks! i wonder if there is something wrong with the bottles or the way the packaged them. i have polish shipped to me all the time and they are always fine. they usually come in bubble wrap.Well, that's it. The weird part is that I've gotten this same kind of nail polish in 5 other colors, and I never had a problem with any of them. And they're all packaged the same. It's only this one color that keeps arriving in this kind of condition. It's so bizarre that I actually feel awkward calling to complain each time because the CS person is probably like "yeah right, okay, the same product arrived to you like this 3 times in a row, sure lady." I feel like the only thing that's giving me any merit here is the fact that I have ordered a lot from Sephora in the past and never had a complaint.

There were lots of complaints about that when the palettes were first released. I can't remember, but I think the ones purchased direct from hourglass were like that too.

That's how my first one was, the first time they were released in November. I returned it for a new one, which also looked swatched. I decided to keep it anyway because it was LE back then.

Anyway, I called Sephora CS today and they issued me an online store credit. I had forgotten I paid for this particular polish with a gift card, so I couldn't get it back on my credit card. Oh well...Sounds like an excuse to buy more makeup to me.

Mine arrives tomorrow so I'll check it out and see if it also looks funny. I ordered a kit the other day and the safety seal was broken off of its box and a few of the bottles/containers were midway out of their slots (talking about the NUDE Essential Skin Radiance Kit). I returned the kit for that alone, so now I'm worried about the palette, too.
