I've realized I'm not generally a fan of glosses. Their single and duo shadows are hit or miss. Their blushes are divine though. Also that lip pencil I bought in Train Bleu is awesome. I do like their foundation and tinted moisturizer. However right now for me all I want from NARS are blushes and those Eye Paints. Mainly just the Eye Paints.

I have a dumb question: What do you use the Nars Eye Paints for? Are they a gel liner? A shadow? Both?

The blushes are everything. In my mind, no one does blush better. I like their lipsticks and I enjoy a lot of their glosses. The eye paints didn't really hold me. I prefer the YSL gel liners and the MUFE aqua creams. Even the tinted moisturizer fizzled out with me.

FYI - The SiJCP version of Summer Stash does not include the JM gelee, Buxom illuminator, or MJ mascara. It has a Becca shimmering skin perfecter(?) and Benefit's They're Real instead. (I saw it on the Sephora forum).

I think they were a bit ambitions with the shade range on the tinted moisturizer. Tried to get too many different shades in just a few colors. I'm scared to try YSL anything. I got Rouge Pur Couture from a great friend recently in #33. I love it.

HAHAHA! YSL is a pretty good brand. You will spend a pretty penny on their stuff. I have a lot of their gel liners and lip products. You're missing out. Come to the dark side.

Girl, don't deny yourself YSL and Chanel. I'm not a fan of Armani and Tom Ford will never see my money, but I Chanel is so amazing.

Soloman Islands just ended up on my 'loves' list

I have 1 Chanel product and 1 YSL. I have a couple of the Eyes To Kill shadows from Armani. I just find TF to be over priced for what's offered.
btw if you haven't tried the ILLUSION D'OMBRE by Chanel I suggest you do.

I bought two illusion d'ombres when they first came out. Love em. Epatant is my favorite. Chanel rouge allure and rouge coco lipsticks are my favorites from them.
