Wow, you've been able to get your hands on the Anastasia Contour Kit? You must have jumped through a few hoops to get that one! How are you liking it? Is it worth all the hype?

If you're interested in it try to check it out in person if you can. Personally I rather like to find out for myself if something works for me, more often than not a product did work for me even though I read it wouldn't, as well as products not being flattering on me even though they were recommended to me.

Agreed, I think I'm skipping both bronzers even though the packaging is gorgeous. If you love, love, love the packaging, I would feel good about buying it for that reason as long as you are upfront with yourself about it. But I don't love either of these bronzers as they are in the perm line (and my bronzer box spilleth over), so both of these are a skip-to-my-doo-dah for me. If they were the pro long wear, I'd be all over them though.

I'm very yellow-toned and didn't like either bronzer when I tried them in store. I also didn't like the Hey Sailor Nude on Board for the same reason. I prefer bronzers with red undertones; I think they look more natural.

I like the compact but I'm not getting it because I know I'll never use what's inside it. I bought a beautiful Guerlain bronzer instead.

Yeah I'm going to try to make it to a store before the release but it's coming up fast!

I know it was touched on before but if I wanted to depot and replace with something else, what kinds of products would fit? I am one of those that really wants this for the packaging and honestly I don't have ANY compacts whatsoever so I really would like one that is this pretty.

I'm definitely buying it for the packaging. I will try Golden, and if I don't like it I can depot it and pop my Soft Sand backup in there, which I really like.

The AA Golden Bronzer is definitly less orange than the regular one, it looked fine on my skin (N1 in F&B). The weird thing is, it isn't correctly pressed. When I swatched mine at home, I left an indentation on the surface, the tester at Douglas was already shattered. The blushes and ED bronzers were too warm for my taste.

I had a suspicion there was something off since I saw the two shattered ones on IG. Now I really hope mine arrives in one piece! Definitely doesn't sound travel friendly.
Good to hear it's less orange.
