Hi can anyone help me out I'm after the compact bronzer I think golden would suit me as heard the other colour was for meduim darker skin tones ? Is that true just by looking and reading at blogs Oh my I didn't realise it so hard I wasn't going to get a bronzer as I got the blush not see me hear me but the other goddess of the sea is it lol I don't know what to go with I do like the other blusher but all sold out ATM x Would love the bag and the brushes and the other blush and loreil eyeshafow I cannot spell it and maybe a few lipglosses I need to stop there lol

What shade are you? I've been yes and no on Golden too.

Hi Hun well in the match foundation mac I'm 1.5 I suppose Not sure about other mac foundation Laura geller baked foundation I'm a meduim meduim regular Bare minerals I'm a meduim or meduim beige Or a 250 in the ready which equals meduim x or a 310 tan in the ready compact Don't help much does it lol x

Yesterday I was at a store and thankfully I got everything I wanted:

goddess of the sea lipstick
siren song lipstick
golden bronzer
aphrodites shell bronzer
submerged nail lacquer
both brushes

... and I'm happy with everything. The packaging is soooo gorgeous!

Does anyone have both aphrodite's shell and golden bronzer to compare?

Golden is a bit more yellow, but not much (the one from this collection) and hase fine gold shimmer and it is not so pigmented. AS has no shimmer, but a sheen. AS is much smoother. I like AS more.

Bronzer first in an E3 placement on the temples, cheekbones and jawline. Then whats left on the brush hit the forehead, bridge of nose and chin. Then blush. No highlighter.

I'm sorry if I missed the explanation somewhere in this thread, but what is E3 placement?

I like eye shadows, plan to get 3 of them - lorelai,sea worship, SS. Originally thought of getting EO, hoping it has pink undertone, I tend to like coral/beige with pink, but EO looks so warm , like bad girl riri, which I already have

I hear ya! Whats the point of a lipstick that doesn't show up. Also a lipstick you can duplicate by just putting balm on.

That's what some people were saying about Carine Roitfeld Tropical Mist, but for some of us it was a perfect sheer nude. I'm hoping Siren Song will be similar for me.

Silver Sun is described by MAC as "mid-tone sea foam green". All the swatches i've seen confirm that. No taupe at all.

The taupe-iest eye shadow in this collection is Soul Serenade which is described as "deep plum brown", and it is darker than taupe.
