Me too - no room for anything but black handles.

I'm quite interested in the 233. It looks like a 235 but the size of a 239 and the only reason why I haven't used my 235 that much is because it's just so large. However, I think it's going to bug the hell out of me to see teal handles. Pretty on its own but sticks out like sore thumbs in a forest of black.

For the first time in 10 years, I'm getting nothing from a MAC summer collection. I'm terrified.

Golden is a bit more yellow, but not much (the one from this collection) and hase fine gold shimmer and it is not so pigmented. AS has no shimmer, but a sheen. AS is much smoother. I like AS more.

Ha, I remember last year when I brought a Lure eyeshadow empty in for B2M, the guy looked at me and said this is ancient history... I'm quite interested in the 233. To be fair, he's about 50+ and has been working there forever, you can tell he is a very bitter person, always giving me the "I know best" sort of argument. I asked for a foundation sample for a friend of mine who lives in Pisa and has no accessible MAC but was really keen on trying it before ordering online because she loved the way it looked on my skin. He argued with me and said that it wasn't the company's policy to give out samples. The boutique he worked was the most convenient one for me to go to, but I never patronized it simply because he was so unpleasant to interact with. Went to another boutique more out of the way, but the girls there were more than happy to assist me and gave me a few more foundation samples that they thought might be suitable to pass to my friend.

Yesterday I was at a store and thankfully I got everything I wanted:

goddess of the sea lipstick
siren song lipstick
golden bronzer
aphrodites shell bronzer
submerged nail lacquer
both brushes

... and I'm happy with everything. The packaging is soooo gorgeous!

E3-outer edge of forehead, temple, cheekbone, jawline. Then whatever is left on the brush, hit the center of the forehead, nose and chin. These appear to be the fullsize, handmade brushes, just in colour. So they're the same quality as the normal black brushes.

Is this how you would use a bronzer With me doing that I would look too tangoed Or I wouldn't look right I bet

What's the difference between AS AND Golden Thank you x And golden and the other divine golden ? Think divine golden more for other skin tones rather than my own can anyone confirm please

i like lipsticks like this sometimes. Altered beige was a lil like that and its over half gone, thats huge since i have so many lipsticks to chose from!

Ugh that is the worst!!! I will drive twice as far jus to deal with ppl who don't make me feel like I'm putting them out by asking them to work lol. I'm super nice and easy going and really low maintenance when shopping, but when i feel like I'm being treated badly i wont go back. There was a chick at the Nordstroms mac counter i shopped at for years and she is always so condescending, it left a bad taste in my mouth, and i haven't been back since huggables. I can tell she gets so annoyed if i ask for anything. and i can get along with almost anyone so i don't understand. why do these ppl work in retail, i mean if u don't like ppl retail is not the right job. And i know as someone who has worked in retail for yrs that we all have bad days, but she was always this way, a bad day is understandable but being a all around turd in retail makes no sense. i spend all my money on makeup, so i have not given that particular mac stand money in a long time because of that shit

The packaging is too pretty to ignore! I was trying not to get anything, but I really like the look of Mystical and Lorelei.

Also Lorelei reminds me of Gilmore Girls, which is my favourite TV show ever so I can justify my purchase, right? lol

My (still tentative) list for this is way too long. I didn't expect to like the eyeshadows as much as I do! I'm loving the look of FD, L, SS, & LL. Siren Song is the only lipstick I don't want. Still undecided on cheek products & glosses -.- lawd help me
