Thud, thud, thud yes a huge haul indeed ! The Illusions d'Ombre are beautiful, the glosses well are glosses. I was thinking of summer 2013 l'été Papillon, a gorgeous collection, I picked up the 3 np ( Azuré, Lilis and Bel Argus ) a coloured mascara and a Coco Shine lipstick, colours were to die for. But I do understand your haul I don ´ t like cream blushes but Cheeky looks pretty. I want my JC blushes ) ! I picked up les Beiges bronzing powder 01 it is lovely, the fluid looks good too and the 3 lipbalms ? I did not see them on counters ! I will purchase some Benefit ones instead but Chanel ought to have launched those balms they look classy so I am disappointed by this too. I will purchase 3 trivial np though ))) they look very pretty ( Sweet Lilac, Pink Tonic and Tutti Frutti ) .

I haven't actually seen this one on counters yet, strangely enough. I think, though, that I'm chiefly after a couple of the nail colours. I'm somewhat tempted by Mirage, but I'm worried that it will irritate my eyes. What are the must-have items for nails?

You make me laugh Dominique. I like your trivial NP selection. I'm wearing Sweet Lilac this very minute---very pretty & feminine. Oh, and BTW. not a single chip today. I think I know what happened two manis prior to this one. I had changed my base coat. I went back to my old base coat & voilà!----my polish looks amazing.

I'm in Canada too, and was at the Chanel counter in the Bay today to pick up one of the Les Beiges healthy powders (the pretty one with the coral stripe). I asked about the summer collection, and the lady said it should be arriving towards the end of the month. We're always a bit behind with Chanel in Canada!

Katred I keep staring at your avi----what's on your eye (s)???? It's really very pretty!!!
Must have and all are not mutually exclusive in my head. That said, I got them all except Eastern Light because I already had it.
I collect NP and I'm a sucker for pretty colors. Dependent on your personal color preferences, you really can't go wrong with any of them.

Finally got around to wearing New Moon out to dinner this evening. Made a beautiful look with it slightly in the crease and at corners. I layered it over the medium pink in Tom Ford's In The Pink Palette. But beware, don't touch your eye or you'll have glitter everywhere :shock:

it does occur but it really depends on the brand/np ( Dior, Zoya and Essie are the most long wearing ones I think, I mentioned it before but I didn't mention the base coat lol )
Changing your base coat and voilà !

I can't seem to commit to buying anything from this collection! I kinda want Tutti Frutti and Sweet Lilac, I like the IdOs, but think they might be similar to stuff I have already and like the glosses in their tubes better than on the lips. But I feel like I'm missing out if I skip!

Thanks for the link! I am almost relieved that sweet Lilac is so close to Rose Scabiosa. I looked horrible with that when I tried it on. Money saved!

That's great Miss QQ. I'm happy to report that my nails looked amazing in SL for 3 days. I would have kept it on but I needed to wear blue on Monday & had to make a polish change.

I'm finally going to haul this collection in about two weeks as a belated birthday present. I think I want New Moon, Utopia, Tutti Frutti, Mirabella, and maybe Cheeky. I've been using my Chanel creme blush a lot lately, and I'd love to get a few more.
