Yea, she said it tends to happen with the mineral eyeshadows. She offered to exchange it, but I got a refund instead. Saving my money for the lippie I want!

Yeah! That is the issue with extra dimension eyeshadows. Though I love the quality, these tend to fall out of the pan in time. All my older nes are now like this! :-(
