I am a singer lovely, I have been completely housebound for over 5 years with severe agoraphobia, anxiety and panic attacks, but I still carried on singing and uploaded my videos to youtube, I have appeared on MTV, BBC, and news/tv/radio over the world from my own home, I was also the most viewed video in china with millions of views over night... moral of the story is never stop anything from doing what you love!!

Perhaps you have seen a video or an article about me in the past, maybe you recognise my name from something online.

It was the daily mail article I read back in 2012 and saw you on BBC a few years back

I have dealt with similar anxiety issues (creeps up from time to time still), not fun and not easy for some to understand. But hopefully things are getting better :) oh and love the video!

Thank you lovely, I am glad you liked my video :)

I am sorry to hear that you deal with anxiety.

Yes it really is horrible and more so debilitating dealing with anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia, I have suffered with panic attacks since I was 6 years old... (I am now 23) The distance I could travel from my home got less and less and I was confined to my home and a small distance around it from the age of about 15, I then became completely housebound at 18. It's incredibly hard to explain to people, but it literally feels like you are about to die as you would know!

Much love

That is very young and had to be difficult :( I remember being a nervous kid, but not until I was 12 did the attacks start (and I just turned 30). Completely terrifying, and I know about feeling worse as you get away from a "safe place", usually home. An yes, you can look and be physically ok, but it can feel like you are about to die or go crazy. Glad that it has not stopped you from doing other things, though, I didn't let it stop me either. :)

It def has thank you! I watched a few of your vids. You have a wonderful voice my dear! Some of the comments were totally uncalled for though. The nerve of some people! And good for you for not stopping what you love due to your illness. I sing as well but let a lot of things stop me. So you are so inspiring! Keep it going
I have Girl Next Door from Archie's Girls and Siren Song from Alluring Aquatic, I wouldn't say they similar colours. I wear Girl Next Door a lot :)  it is more of a baby barbie pink and more pigmented than siren song, siren song is more sheer light beige  You can see me wearing Girl Next Door at 4:10 on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rahte5GvAk8&list=UUN9QXVOYoD4wjlAx798QXyQ as you can see it's quite pigmented for a lustre and very pink :) here is a picture of Girl Next Door on my lips.   Whereas here is Siren song from alluring aquatic at 2:23 on this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Z8Kb-dsCh4&list=UUN9QXVOYoD4wjlAx798QXyQ I don't yet have a swatch of siren song on my lips I will try to do one later :) I hope that helps :)  xxx

I guess I'm okay with this being released next week as I get paid on Friday.

I'm moving from OH to TX, but as long as my order arrives before 5/31, it's all good.

P.S. I must say... I'm kind of excited about my move because there will be a CCO nearby.

(That and I'll be closer to family.)

Where abouts are you moving? North or South TX? There are quite a few good CCOs in TX.

And i take the magnesium daily. 400mg.
Mine used to alternate. If I had a migraine on my right side, two or three days later I'd get one on the left. Now it seems mostly left side with only a few on the left. And yes, I keep a pretty thorough log on them. I'm fighting with my insurance right now for a breast reduction (32 H). My chest and shoulder muscles are so tense, that I need this to relieve the pressure.

I've never had anyone explain the importance/non-importance of which side. I'd like to know, too.

Would the magnesium daily be good for some one who only gets migraines every once in a while but when they do it's bad enough where if they just don't lay down and sleep they feel miserable? My dad has migraines like that I use to but thankfully out grew them, weird I know but I use to get them when I was like in elementary or jr high but now only get annoying headaches every once in a while. So just wanted to see if that might be something I could recommend him because him being in the military usually they only told him to take moltrin and it doesn't really work but again because of that he hasn't really gotten professional help beyond what military doctors told him (who are good doctors but do not go through 6 years of school like normal ones do)

YES! I think it would help a lot.
That happened to me, too. My docs were changing my birth control around trying to get rid of ovarian cysts. I started having horrible migraines. Changed to a lower dose bc pill and they mostly went away.
I have hormonal migraines, too. I have to be on a low-dose, constant hormone to prevent them. But I had blood clots a few years ago when I drove cross-country from DC to Portland (also maybe due to my Yasmin use). Now I'm on Mirena and that helps so much. I have to get it changed a year early though. Once it starts to get old, I have to change or suffer migraines.

Endometriosis is hell!
Stress is another trigger for me.

I hope all my fellow migraine sufferers can get some relief and suggestions from all of us sharing this.
