Is it sad that I used a comp day to get the next three days off while the thought of being able to stalk the site was always in the back of my mind?! I had to use it by the 20th or lose it and I won't give anything I earned back to my company. Uh-huh! It's one of those type of colors that I love to look at (the blackened base with a color sheen) but don't actually wear much

Oh yeah, they are almost always wrong. Why can't MAC educate their employees? This shouldn't be difficult.

I can't trust live chat with anything. They certainly aren't educated on the products/colors. Most of them shouldn't be called "artists", although there are a few good ones out there. I can't say that about all of them. You would think that something as simple as release dates would be easy for the, though, but nope.

Called every counter and store I know of, every single one says the 22nd. Live chat just gives the run around to everyone. I just live chatted right now and they told me the 22nd in store.

Well at least it isn't all of them that have the wrong info then! I won't give the name of the one I talked to, but she said that she had down the 15th online and 19th in store.
