It's the truth. I also have anxiety and lurked for a while before joining. Now I just need to keep posting more but this has been a great community and the transition in has felt easy!

So true! Nobody in my "real life" understands my love for makeup except for my little sister who is 15 and she's still too young to be able to afford as much as I do. I have to constantly remind people that I don't spend my money on drugs or alcohol, so what harm is it doing for me to buy makeup when it makes me happy. On here, everyone gets it and you can just be yourself.

I was born anxious.. lol. Not kidding either.. I am hyper active and anxiety is a part of my psyche.

I'm glad you're able to open up a bit more! Maybe sites like this are "good practice" because we all love makeup

It's been such a nice relief to talk to everyone here. I've been dealing with so much work drama and friend drama. Why can't I meet you all in real life, we'd have such a blast!

i had a friend exactly like me as far as makeup love goes. but sadly my friendship has come to an end. ive been really depressed about it but glad i can come on here and eventhough i dont talk much i like to read what everyone says.

Oh I can turn into something that most people would not like to see, but I didn't want to get kicked out of the store or have any cops called on me. I need to have a clean record for career purposes, so I can't open up a can o' whoop ass unless it's absolutely necessary.
