I didn't like the first one, but I have been somewhat interested in the second one. I've only tried their face products, so I might try some of their single shadows now that they have those.

I'm not always on friendly terms with mattes, but theBalm mattes are the ones I've have used quite a lot and the most of all of their palettes (which I have all). I think they somehow 'glide on' nicely.

I have all the permanent Matte^2 and they are so smooth, and pigmented. its stupid that they dont have more of them.
I have blanc type, brown script, handwritten, copperplate, typographic, newly minted, prussian, post haste, fig 1, and poison pen. I love all of them I wish I could hunt down the others!!
What other ones are you hunting for??? (I may need to expand my list as well)

I'm hoping for new prolongwear shadows I LOVE them. Some new paint pots would be great too.
I would love some new paint pots.. I've been using Painterly for a few years and just got into Stormy Pink. None of the other perm ones are doing much for me.

Now, you can't just drop that and then go quiet.  Inquiring minds want to know.  If there really is a new matte shadow coming out, I am ready to start spending some cash on MAC shadows again.  Could it be, perhaps, Matte 3.0??? What other ones are you hunting for???  (I may need to expand my list as well)
Pen n pink, signed sealed, graphology, clarity, flourishing, tete-a-tent

I remember owning Pen n Pink and was so disappointed at how hard it was to get it to show up and not look chalky. I B2M it several years ago and it was still pretty full.
Oh no!! I have heard of people saying that about Pen n Pink. A lot of people say that about Yogurt, too, though, and I have no problems with it. What shade are you in MAC?

I've never owned Yogurt so I can't speak to the quality, but I thought PnP was downright terrible. I was NC 30 at the time living in NY. Now I'm NC 35 living in FL. I can't escape the sun no matter what!

Maybe it works better for the pale gals like me? I could see how that sort of shade in a matte texture could go on chalky on your complexion.

Maybe you're right because you're paler than me. It was too much work for me to get it to work for me! LOL. If I ever see it again, I'll let you know. I may have some of the other colors you're looking for in my stash if you need swatches.
