on NC 30/35 skin Wore the BP today (I received it yesterday) I love it, it didn't appear ashy on me at all, and like elegant said, it gives a soft-focused effect! I'm happy I didn't skip it~ It seems sort of translucent, with a glow (small shimmer particles), and is ever so slightly peachy.
Such a pretty glow!

Such a pretty glow!
Thank you!

I love this powder, I'd say it's worth it because of the finely-milled texture and glow it gives, and how much use I'm sure to get out of it!

Thanks doll! I plan to sometime in the future! What brush do you use with it? Same here! A part of me wants to really bad but I don't want to damage them by accident or regret it.
Just a big fluffy brush has worked the best.
I love the ambient powders! I wish they made the highlight shade from the palette full size. I'm afraid radiant would be too dark for me. WIsh they had mood in there.
What color match are you? You look close to me and I never noticed radiant being to dark if just used with a light hand it can give a pretty warmth. But I do love mood as well.

I wish I knew anything about MAC foundations... I'm in dire need of a foundation I like. Is Matchmaster sheer? I need serious coverage that isn't matte.  I first bought dim light and noticed it was making my face too dark so I plan to bronze the cheeks with it once I get a tan this summer so I picked up diffused and ethereal light. I would reccomend diffused if you are pale like me. I've been using it everyday since I bought it. I like it under my eyes too to set my NW15 prolongwear. I love the ambient powders! I wish they made the highlight shade from the palette full size. I'm afraid radiant would be too dark for me. WIsh they had mood in there.  It's in my cart right now. I can't stop thinking about it and don't want to be sad I missed out.
I really like Matchmaster because it seems to be a great match for me and it's pretty natural looking. I'd say it's about medium coverage. Lately if I want more coverage I mixed in a little of the Pro Longwear concealer. Works great! I was thinking either Dim Light or Diffused Light. Sounds like Diffused Light will be a better match for me. I was on the Sephora website and it looks like my Sephora finally carries them! They've never carried them before at least that I can remember. I know a lot of people on YouTube that mix the three colors together. Maybe you can do that if Radiant ends up being to dark for you. I wish the palette was available in stores. I didn't realize it was online only. I usually prefer to buy in store rather than online if I can help it.

But I do love mood as well.
I wouldn't use a kabuki or anything like that I take like a flat powder brush and use the side of it and swipe it gently laying the powder on my face. I heard your not supposed to be buffing these powders in or anything like that and just lightly laying them on your face. Next time I'm in sephora I'm buying the hourglass ambient brush so I have something specifically for them.

I've never been color matched. And I only wear drugstore foundations since I can't find anything I like(or can deal with) higher end. Naked Skin 2.0 is a good match. I'm generally the second lightest shade that's neutral or slightly yellow. I haven't used bronzer is such a long time and blush is getting hard too because my cheeks have pigmented acne scars. I've never tried radiant because I just have thought it was a golden shade too dark for me.

I'll have to check out the counter sometime and get some help, although my counter sucks. Maybe Erin can give me some good suggestions. I need liquid cause I got tired of the powdery look. I need some serious pore coverage as well. For some reason I can't stand my pores being visible anymore either.

Erin is the best! I love her recommendations. I pretty much have to go into my local mac knowing what I want because they never seem to color match me right. I've been looking into pore coverage too. I've only tried the Benefit Porefessional. It's not amazing but it's nice. You'll have to let me know if you find a good one!

She is awesome! Even at sephora they match me so dark because of the lighting. I like the porefessional, especially on my nose but my foundation ends up seeping into my cheek pores at the end of the day. I've tried a lot of things for pores. It cosmetics bye bye pores powder is pretty good, I've been using that a lot too. I just got a sample of the becca ever matte poreless primer but haven't used it yet since it's cooled down wear I live and I haven't been as oily. I hear it's some serious stuff. Lately my foundation go to is the maybelline dream liquid mousse foundation and it's giving me a pretty flawless look. Can't find anything better atm.

I'm always looking into pore coverage, mainly for my nose. Porefessional is the best I've used so far. Wayne Goss on YouTube recently did a review on a pore filler that he said was great, but I can't remember what it was called.

I feel like I try a lot of his tips and they don't work on me. I used to only wear miracle skin transformer with bare minerals powder and the miracle skin transformer really hides pores well but I don't really like it as a primer anymore under liquid foundation

Yeah I just use a big fluffy brush and just lightly tap.

The Porefessional doesn't work 100% for me. I can still see my pores. And I've noticed that my foundation does seep into my pores like you said! Unfortunately no one sells It Cosmetics near me. There is so much I want to try from them but I hate ordering online. I'll need to check if anywhere near me sells the Becca one you mentioned. I'm not super oily but I think I have some bad pores. I'm glad you've found such an amazing foundation! I haven't used a drug store foundation in years. They seem to have some nice ones out lately. I'll need to try that Maybelline one if I can find my color. I wish they had testers at the drugstore.

I'll have to try to find that video tomorrow. I'm not ready to purchase the full size of the Porefessional just yet. Have you tried the MAC one? That's one I'm interested in trying out.
So no one is going to tell me I need the beauty powder?? It's waiting in my cart :wiggle:
Buy it! It'll look gorgeous on you.
