Ugh it's horrible. I'm out of school right now thankfully, but once I do fall asleep, I don't want to get up so I sleep till noon and my day is gone. I have stuffs I wanna do this summer other than lay around!! lol.  My boyfriend suggested trying a small dose of melatonin and seeing if it helps so I'm probably gonna pick some up tomorrow (and attempt to avoid the makeup aisle - if that's even possible!)

Try some chamomile tea with 1 to 2 drops of peppermint oil an hour before you want to sleep. It helps and you'll wake up feeling refreshed! Try Iron tablets when you wake up and slowly you'll start to feel more awake during the day over sleeping till noon!

I wish I could pull off a nice nude lippie

Everybody can pull off a nude lippie. You just need to find the right one for you. Finding a good nude l/s can be as exhausting as finding the right foundation shade. If the shade is wrong, you will notice - sometimes immediately, sometimes over time. It just looks a bit off. Having said that, it is much easier to find the perfect red, pink, or purple than YOUR nude. Avoid ordering nudes online, unless your skin twin (who also has a similar taste) raves about it.

For my complexion and lip pigmentation, there is usually only just 1 or 2 (rarely) nudes every year, or more likely every other year. So when I find one, I stock up to last me until I find a replacement. HTH in your search for the perfect nude lip.

I've been having a lot of trouble with insomnia and anxiety for the last few months and I can honestly say that coming on here when I'm having a bad night and listening to you ladies just makes me feel so much better. :grouphug:

Awwww... Same here hun! I'm happy to read everyone's post, and I want to start contributing to threads as well. Only thing is, I can see these late night lurkings turning into a larger lipstick collection. Lol. Still trying to figure which lipsticks in this collection are better suited for moi.

The iron will help long-term, I don't know how it is where you live, but in Canada our iron tablets are not OTC, so you have to ask the pharmacist for them. Most effective on an empty stomach, but tends to cause stomach irritation/pain so have some OJ with it!

Tea is lovee, you just gotta find your tea!


I have mixed feelings about wanting this collection to be here, I want to slowwww down the next 2/2.5 weeks, but have my lippies right now! Possible?

I missed out on Lavender Whip its my biggest regret for not being smarter! This was before my now 3 hour wait before the store opens. This was when I thought going during lunch time was ok and Id still get it...boy was I wrong!

I'm sorry you missed LW. It was such a beautiful colour but I skipped it on purpose after getting Raspberry Swirl from the same collection and hating the formula. That's why I'm so excited for DG from this collection because it looks like a gorgeous lilac purple but in a matte formula. Have you tried looking on clearance bin for LW? I hope they end up re releasing it for you, and yes they should call it just for Dolly and other lovely Specktrettes who missed it last time!

How can they have just not decided, that's a 2 month difference! It's not like they're debating which week or something, its 2 bloody months. I've given up asking them release dates because they never tell you the right date, they all say something different. Maybe we'll know more once it's released in the US. I feel like I'm losing it too over this collection, if I miss out on those damn lipsticks I will seriously cry like a little baby throwing a tantrum!

I was sent info to find one thank you though! It is such a favorite for a lot of members, I wish they'd bring it out permanently! Mattes are my favorite formula so I am so excited for DG! I want 3. I feel greedy saying that!

You guys are too sweet! But you notice how not a single one of those pics has her watermark on it!? Curiouser and curiouser... Funny thing is, i didn't take the pic! My client's mom took it. My client (prom appt) was running late so her mom and i hung out and chatted while i waited and she was like "i want to take a pic of you real quick!" And was like "oh crap!"
