She is doing a bit better today, but still has a lot of swelling and bruising, which is normal for a severe break. She's going in for surgery Tuesday morning, so hopefully it goes well for her.

I've been switching between my laptop and my phone all day so I'm a little behind, but did I read that your grandmother is in the hospital? I'm so sorry to hear that if so and I hope she gets better soon. Sending lots of hugs your way!

So I went back to my counter to get an EO for a fellow Specktraette (after I had called and she said "oh we have tonsssssssssss") and when I get there an hour later, they're all gone. I am so PO'ed. And why do I feel like the SAs are getting more and more standoffish. My SAs used to be so friendly and caring and willing to help, now...NOPE!
