Bummer! I've noticed that the SAs aren't as helpful and becoming standoffish near me too. I've stopped going to a particular SA because she hasn't been very nice the last couple times I've been to that counter.

Thanks for the opinion. I may go to the mall tomorrow and check it out. So many people are raving about it. I got Lorelei today and it IS beautiful. I'm sure it's similar to some that I already have, but I'm still glad that I got it. I always end up using new things more just because they're new. I am really loving the edes from this. They look kind of similar at night with incandescent light, but in the daylight their true beautiful color comes out.

You should submit a formal email complaint with their customer service. I did that when Talk That Talk came out because a Nordies told me they had it in the store ready for launch the next morning, so I drove an hour away to that store only to be the first person in line and find out that they did not actually receive their shipment. I emailed them about my disdain and they actually forwarded the email to the manager of the local store who in turn called and emailed me numerous times explaining what happened. She got a hold of a TTT two weeks later and mailed it to me free of charge! Their customer service is usually pretty on point, so I would try sending a formal complaint.

I'm still waiting on my Nordie's order...should be here tomorrow. Waiting on Mystical and Enchanted One. Really excited about Enchanted One because it seems like everybody LOVES that lippy lol...hope I love it, too!
