I thought so too but it ain't important enough to argue about plus if she's not light skinned she's certainly not a dark skin African American or of African decent..Tina isn't Nc45 she lighter.
Thank you.
I checked her blog she is nc45...maybe its the lighting that makes her look lighter. My best friend is NC45 and looks a little darker than her. Please look at her foundation video, she's clearly NC45. Anyways, DOLLY!!!! I'm so sorry to hear about grandma, she sounded like a lovely woman.

It depends on how pigmented your lips are. It definitely needs a liner as it's pretty sheer (being a lustre), but can go ashy if you've got quite a lot of pigment to your lips. For me, if a lipstick NEEDS a liner to work, i say skip.Hi Erine I've never asked for any advice before, but what do u think of Siren Song on top of a nude dark peachy lipliner? Im NW43 TIA
Nah I haven't tried it wet...I just gave up on it thanks for the advice I will try it like that tomorrow. And thanks for taking time to answer my questionEh I wanna say that mythical NC47. Everything I've tried in the NC50 range make me either too orange or too red and NW43 looked kinda pinkish. So I just stick with Revlon Oily in Caramel. Have you tried Delphic wet?
