As long as we do our research on the products, rarely should we have any reason to return them! With that said, what is everyone getting?

After much deliberation on the matter, I've decided to for sure get both MSFs, DG, KYY, cranberry, in synch, both blushes and both of Sharon's lipglasses. Everything else is a maybe.

I feel like even online is a big huge hole of stress. Especially after the whole Riri fiasco, and most recently AA spectacle, people are trying to buy everything online now. I was forced to go to the mall to get some items that sold out too fast online. Hopefully this will not be Riri level, but I plan on staying up all night to get the things that I want. Also ladies, I would like to say thank you for the outpouring of love and prayers and thoughts you have sent to Collin and me. It honestly does mean a lot to me.

You are right it'll probably be more stressful online!

Just make the returning be a privilege. Like I can return things because I've only returned a couple of things in my life. So if I return something, it's because I just broke my arm and can't pay the bill, or they sent me the wrong color. In fact, I can't think of ANY time I returned makeup ever for a reason other than the bristles all falling out of the brush or something like that. Maybe twice I have returned clothes because by the time I got home I rethought the cost. But clothes go back on the rack, and I didn't wear them, and I'm 29 so twice ever is a good record. Anyhow, they should just keep track of people's accounts so if you return more than three things a year you lose your return privileges. I solved the problem!!!

DG is a matte, so the wear is going to be totally different right off the bat. I don't think that Temptalia swatches (at least to me) are the most accurate, mostly due to the studio quality lighting, etc. I usually lean more to Karen's swatches. To me, they are a better representation of the actual color of the lipstick. And remember that lipsticks look different on all people!

I don't think they are either nowadays, her lighting is super bright and her skin even looks lighter than it did several years ago when she wasn't using such harsh lighting. I wish she'd go back to the lighting she used a few years ago. Karen is usually where I go since she is only one shade lighter than I am and she's got more pigmented lips as well. I'm just looking forward to seeing everyone in all these lippies and seeing how they look on all of us.

We can return everything in Germany. If there was a no return policy I sure as hell wouldn't buy a thing.

Most of the EU countries you can't really return much or anything

I agree on return if product is damaged or you received a wrong one. But if you go to store , test the lipstick and then return after months of using it - it is damn abuse. nothing else.
people are way to spoiled with this generous return policy. don't buy if you can't afford it. you do not need the whole collection . rethink what you really need and what you really use and would look nice on you.
