I hope to see swatches of Dodgy Girl on NC45 ladies. I didn't get it bec I do have Melt Darling. But I might grab it during the nordies launch.

All my liquids (foundations, TMs, concealers and moisturizers have SPF and i haven't once experienced flashback, so :dunno: And I'm not talking about use on myself. I'm talking use on clients, no matter the occasion or time of day. And i use SPF 15-30 on everyone. In almost 10years there's not one person that i haven't used a product with SPF on. Why thank you! :curtsy:
Not sure why we have had such different experiences with it! I can only go by the 20 years that I've been wearing foundation and my 34 years of wearing sun screen. I wish it wasn't the case for me because my fair skin needs the protection, but if I know flash pictures will be taken, I don't use spf. There are plenty of pics of me out there where I wasn't prepared and people took my picture anyway. It's not a good look.

Funny story. I'm depotting right now. And my father in law comes in and asks me if I'm smoking crack. Hahahahaha
I would have just looked at him, completely serious, and said "No... This is my OTHER addiction..."
Beyond! Simply beyond! Script worthy actually!!

Thanks [@]naomih[/@]! After lurking a bit, I felt like you ladies totally understand my insane makeup obsession. And could quite possibly enable me a bit more. .. My husband just looks away, and my coworkers I believe are planning an intervention!

Any MAC foundation is fine except Studio Fix. SPF has nothing to do with flashback. It's actually the size of the titanium dioxide (tho sometimes used for SPF) particles that cause the flashback. I use both SFF and MM in my kits and have never experienced flashback. But to be safe with any foundation that you use, always set it with a flesh coloured face powder, but DON'T use Studio Fix. Use MSFN, Careblend, Select Sheer, etc. and don't use the white/translucent HD powders either. Those are notorious for flashback as well. Mind you, this all applies to flash photography.
Thank you Erine you always give out great advice! I appreciate it!

lol I'm sure my family is thinking of staging one for me as well. My boyfriend told me while I was visiting that I had a problem as he watched me dig through several makeup bags to find the lippy that'd be THE ONE. lol

@Mandy, my comment about "hurting" my friend is not mind boggling. It had a deeper meaning that me and "my friend" understood. Sorry it puzzled you! I am sure that there are many posts that are member specific. Too bad it didn't make sense to you but it was not intended to. Catching up is not so darn bad after all.

I gasped when I saw this pic. My daughter did the same to me once. Now everything is locked up tight lol.
Yea no kidding! That second I made room in my bathroom cabinet up high and put all my lippie drawers in there :/ I haven't been collecting for 10 years just so a small human can murder them!

Don't worry, I didn't rack my brain over it for too long. Lol
