Mine kept saying it was coming through Fed Ed but it actually came through the mail.

Yes, it is the Smart Post system and I do not care for it. The USPS can't look into it because they have not got it from Fed Ex yet. At least the USPS tried to help me. Belk and Fed Ex have been asses.

I hate Smart Post! Well...I really hate when my packages come through USPS period. I think the only packages I've ever had issues with came through them lol

My Belk order showed up yesterday and today. I swear I ordered it forever ago. Soul serenade showed up yesterday. AS and SW showed up today. I ordered all 3 things at the same time but they all came separately and from different locations. weird.

My b/u of EO was sitting on my carport when I got back from the dentist. It's so hot here I was afraid it had melted! Luckily it was good so in the back-up box it went. (I have a back up box? oi...)

Hey ladies I have a question, my GotS came today and when I opened it it looked like there was a nick on the side of lipstick like it had melted a bit and scraped against the side of the tube. Do you think it's worth it to contact costumer service? The lipstick is still usable but I'm kind of annoyed. I hate buying lipstick in the summer.

I wouldn't do it. There's nothing actually wrong with it and if they refused to replace it they wouldn't be being unreasonable. Of course if you really feel like it should be replaced you can call. Worst case scenario is that they say no :shrugs:

Thanks. I don't want a replacement, maybe a refund? I don't know. I always feel like an ass calling CS. That's why I don't usually. I know this also probably isn't their fault. Ugh, I'll waffle and then most likely won't do anything.

Are you wanting to return it for a refund? If it's something you don't want now because of the issue you might be able to sell it to someone that would want it. Sometimes they will issue a refund without requiring you return it, but it really depends on the circumstance. They may ask you to ship it back in order to get a refund in this case.

I figured as much. I'll think about it but I may end up selling it in the CB or keeping it instead of messing with CS. I didn't get home until 10:30 pm and was excited to try it on and I think my disappointment and tiredness are clouding my appreciation of the color. We'll see.

Jumping on the WD train! It's def one of my fav glosses now. The pearlessence is just divine! Makes my lips look full. Considered CW but I've got three new glosses now between this and Pedro and I need to finish all the other ones I have open as well
