I believe they are really lacking effective quality control, and whatever process they use to pack boxes or check what is pulled and placed in the packages is very inefficient or the people who are doing it are just careless in checking over at the end.... I mean cmon MAC, I have (knock on wood) never had a wrong item or been missing an item from Sephora online. They literally have hand written check marks next to each item on the invoice sent with packages so they clearly have a system that works

I agree. This year alone, people have had problems with MAC collections. Smh

You can say IMA conspiracy theorist but I think they do it to give us grist for the mill

YESSS! I'm so contemplating stalking for a third. I am beyond pleased with DG. :yahoo: THE CIRCLE OF specktra LIFEEEEEEEE Anywhooooo SAD NEWS. My box had 2 KYY AND NO STRIP POKER. I WANT MY STRIP POKER. Called MAC and they said they will be sending me one and to keep the extra KYY. I'm wondering how since it's sold out online... just hope I get it! DG didn't stain my hand but KYY did. Serious stain right now. I'm scared to try it on my lips tonight. RH was sOoOoOo creamy. It smelled and felt like a creamsicle on my lips haha. I think the matte formula helps it cover my lips really well and it gave me that perfect pastel orange I've been looking for!  Since I'm not happy about my missing SP I decided to bite the bullet and order Kelly's quad. I just couldn't get over fizzy rose

YAYY! Have fun. This was probably the first time I've literally LOVED everything I ordered.  I don't believe I have had any problem with any online order before. It's a hassle to call and be like yeah I'm missing something because deep down I feel like they think I'm lying, but they need to learn to check their ish before it is all packed and ready to go!

You are lucky then! I have had an entirely wrong order show up (ordered 3 AAO lipsticks last summer and got a eyeshadow palette and brush instead), broken lipsticks, waxy riri lipsticks, now the mirror vs gold mirror mix up I got the wrong mirror.. And these are just things in the past year LOL.

All cases I either got to keep things for free and get replacments or got my correct items, but man to think the amount of $ they lose with these mistakes on a grand scale... I sometimes wonder if MAC is one of those spend a dollar to save a dime type companies...
