I am IN LOVE with both blushes. DG looks insane gorgeous on lightly....I need 100 more..ok, at least 2 more. Ruby is an elegant rich deeper berry on me. LOVE LOVE LOVE everything.

I've returned a broken item when they asked me to. I thought it was important to demonstrate good faith in dealing with them; I know it was just going to end up being thrown out, but since they were replacing it I figured it was theirs to do with as they pleased.

No idea what the laws are where you are, but I don't know whether not returning it would end up causing a note to be left in your file that may make them less likely to work to correct a future problem. Up to you what you decide to do, but it's something to think about.

It is strange, and I thought the very same thing! The only thing I can think of is that the lipsticks are not marked up substantially for the packaging. What is it, 3$ more or something? Perhaps that's the best they could do? LOL

btw. I'm just spitt balling here. Have absolutely no idea. But it does feel cheaper than usual!

The only thing I can think of is if it's maybe because of the pearlescent-ness of the packaging like maybe whatever does that just comes out in a thinner form of plastic

Could be! I wondered that myself. It is definitely an interesting pearlescent lavender---and quite light weight.

I'll finally have my pkg tomorrow morning ! Ugh lol I live in the middle of nowhere and FedEx hands it off to a different delivery company who called me cause they couldn't find me (I live 10 mins from the town that my address is listed under) so I explained where I was when and so now he won't get to it today but will deliver in the morning .. If I didn't ask for express who knows when I would have got it lol
