i'm reading in a few threads that people are getting 10% off at sephora. what's it for? i didn't get any email. are they just renewing their VIBs or is there a code for everyone?

I was emailed a code and the email said "VIB Welcome" or something even though I'm VIB Rouge and have VIB through the end of next year. I don't exactly know how they worked it out lol they're individual codes though like the long number and letter kinds

oh ok. i got a 'welcome VIB' last month. it's when you hit VIB for the following year, even though you already made it. i dunno didn't make sense to me either but who cares it's 10%! yay for you!

You also have to use the 10% off within 30 days of getting sent that code. So use it. Don't let it linger.

Call CS. They should tell you when or even give you one to use over the phone.
I'm one UD lipstick away from making Rouge until 2015. I think I'm going instore to grab that.

Regarding the 10% off coupon, I'm just shy of halfway to renewing my Rouge status for next year and I got one. Here's what it said:

The 10% off VIB membership code that I received via email is the same generic code that's been floating around the internet all year - V436CB. My understanding was that it can be used once anytime this year, as long as you're at least VIB. I was able to apply this several times earlier this year (but never end up using it).
