is the same for me, it says in process. I called last night and they told me it was back ordered, and then she said I suppose to get them by the 11th. It does not make any sense. I want them to tell me is they have them or not, so I would go to a mac counter on Thursday.

I spoke to the cs rep over the phone and she kept cutting me off. Belk social media said they'll update on Facebook whenever the link is fixed. I had to go around a broken link on Bloomingdales just to get riot house, smh

Yes! I already bombarded them over the phone, Facebook and Twitter. I got three different answers and told them to get their act together. The phone rep told me Thursday morning, and their twitter rep told me later on today.

good morning ladies! i can't believe belk never launched Kelly's stuff, but at least this means i didn't miss it from THEM yet. sidenote: whenever i order from belk, i always get my items in a timely manner. i've never had to wait weeks to receive my items.

I've been stalking the House of Fraser since I was told they may release it on there.. I just wanna know the odds because I am seriously tired and if it turns out to not be released on there I don't even know what I'll do haha =( Xx

Just wondering, what are lines like at freestanding macs on release dates for big collections like this one? I've never been to MAC when it opens. Anyone have any experience they can share from like the Marilyn and Riri collections? This collection seemed to sell out so fast online I'm wondering if I need to get to mac at the crack of dawn. When Heroine and Embrace me hit MAC I got there an hour after it opened and got the last ones. Literally the last ones. Do I really need to be there super early to line up or can I roll in at like 10:15 and still get KYY?

I went to my local freestanding for Marilyn. I probably got there 5-10 minutes before it opened at 10 and there were 8-9 people in front of me. There were two registers checking people out and myself and the girl ahead of me got the last of the lipsticks. They had run out of Scarlet Ibis so I hot tailed it over to the Macy's counter, which seemed to have a lot more stock than the freestanding, & and I was able to get SI from there. I did not bother to go in store for Riri, heard too many horror stories. I managed to get the Riri stuff online from the dept store websites.
