Never had a problem w/ nordstrom they shipping is faster than macys to my home which is why I try to stick w/ them. Belk customer service sucks.. I ordered diamonds from them.. They had me waiting 3 weeks for shipment before canceling. I called CS 3 times and every time I got it's being ship from the wear house bs story

I have until tomorrow to put plan B into play. Perhaps a shipping notice

[Kenya: I apologize for the inconvenience, however the Kelly Collection has not yet been released online. We are currently in the process of updating the website, however the is no current ETA, although it should be available by 06/12. Please contact our flagship store in Raleigh, NC at 800-849-2942. If the Kelly Collection is available in any store, they will be able to place a phone order and ship it to you. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I've never had an issue with Nordies either.

I hope you remaining ladies get everything you want! I was up yesterday morning and ended up snagging everything I wanted from Macy's (PnC, KYY, and Cranberry) and most of it just arrived at my door! KYY shipped separately which makes me nervous, but I'm happy that everything else arrived so quickly. I'm super relieved I didn't have to go to the store, considering I went for RiRi holiday and it was a zoo.

You are an angel! Thank you so much Now to buy Cranberry now or try to wait for the Kelly's collection? Lol

In my experience belk CS has only given me the correct release date once (that was for riri) and even then he told me a much later time then the collection actually went up - luckily I was already awake and stalking. I wouldn't trust CS that it will go up on Thursday - they just seems like they will tell you whatever to get you off the phone. Belk is always inconsistent with launch days - I've seen it go from 4 days before the store release to a day after the stores release. I'm so over this stalking - it use to be much easier. Stressing over some lipsticks shipping from nordstorm - I'm like who am I and why am I stressing over this .. But then here I am still stalking lol. Nordstorm CS said lipsticks should ship out today - we shall see. I don't trust any of these sites anymore lol

Definitely! And even when I didn't get what I wanted from the mac launch, it wasn't too difficult to get things from the other websites. I almost feel like Kelly O. did this on purpose. She knows MAC, so she probably knows how quickly things sell out, and I wouldn't be surprised if she asked to have stock more limited.
Doubt she has that kind of power over a corporation

MAC runs their own crazy game as we've seen repeatedly w/other collections.

ok quick selfie before work. Kelly's quad with nyx milk under it, UD perversion liner, jolly good msf, lorac blush in velvet rope, plum lip liner with feed the senses and narcissus csg. Whew!
