MAC Sharon and Kelly Osbourne Collection (June 5, 2014)

Last week I asked a MAC MUA at my Dillards if they would have the collection in store and they said no. I stalked with the rest of the world and luckily ended up with everything I wanted. I called again last night to see if maybe, just maybe they did get the collection (for back ups). Once again, they said no. So I stopped by on my lunch break (around 2 pm) and what do you know! There's a full Osbourne display! WTH? The only things sold out were RH & Bijou! Why would they say that they wouldn't have it? Idk. It's probably better that I ordered online, but that whole scene had me so confused...

Glad it worked out for you because ultimatums are typically not the way to go with addictions. That being said, my mom gave my dad that same ultimatum when I was born. He quit and never looked back.

Dodgy Girl. I didn't think I'd like this one but all the pretty pics I saw of it made me want to get it, and I'm glad I did! I don't care if the colour isn't the most flattering as it's absolutely beautiful and applies like a dream.



Cranberry. Love the colour, HATE the application, which I found to be very dry and draggy (ya, I realize that isn't a word, lol). It could be just me though because all the reviews I've read describe it as creamy. My lips are very sensitive and filling them in with lip pencils is always uncomfortable for me.

Bijou on its own. It's a VERY pretty colour...I'm not a gloss person but I'm sure I'll wear this one to the ground!


Patentpink. This looked soooo pretty when swatched on my hand in store but I don't know how I feel about it on my lips; I think it's verging on tacky territory for me.


Kelly Yum Yum! I LOVE this so much! I should have gotten a BU but honestly, it's probably best I didn't as I don't think the colour is THAT unique. But it is super gorgeous!

I really don't know why anyone would ebay for the Nyx stuff when you can buy it on ULTA! Unless they're in another country or something?
Because Ulta has all the colors of the macaroons in stock right now.

My final haul was 2 DG, 1 KYY, and cranberry. Small, but I'm happy. I MAY go get bijou. The jury is still out. Btw, if you are in the DFW area and missed out on KYY or cranberry, Dillard's at the Parks mall has both,

I was fourth in line at my mac. When it was my turn, strip poker , riot house, cheeky bugger , and peaches and cream were all sold out.

I am so sad that I am now skipping this collection. I missed out on ordering online and this morning I woke up with a stomach flu, so I couldn't go to my counter to swatch/purchase anything. I called when I was feeling a bit better and the girl told me pretty much all the good stuff was sold out. I guess I will put the money aside that I saved and plan to use it for Rocky Horror since I know that's going to kill my wallet.

It has a tad bit more of a translucency than any of the other Satins I own but I think it adds to the beauty of the lipstick.   And last but of course not least... Dodgy Girl!!!! Need I say more?! I will anyways!! ;) Applies like a dream, feels amazing!! Brings a smile to face everytime I see the colour.. I live for this shade!! Alone or with a liner this is amazing!!  I cannot wait to wear this out tomorrow!! I seriously am more excited about applying it than going out even ;) I'll be in my makeup bag looking at my lipstick and my lips in my mirror all night... I'll be that vain bitch in the corner checking herself out!! =P   I did notice the staining thing with KYY and DG. Although to me DG especially I think the after stain is fricking gorgeous haha!! And came off with some eye make-up remover straight away!! :)   My second order arrived shortly after my first!! I LOVE Jolly Good MSF and will be using that tomorrow also!! Not sure as of how yet I guess I'll see when it comes to using it!? Hehe! But it swatches beautifully and I think I'll probably get away with using it as both contour/highlight or a finishing powder!! ^_^   But yeah, just super happy with what I got from this collection and that Mac did a restock so I didn't have to live without these beauties!! Haha!!
