I intended to hopefully get Dodgy Girl and Kelly Yum Yum today. Instead, I ended up with:

2x Dodgy Girl
2x Kelly Yum Yum
Bloody Brilliant Quad
Jolly Good MSF
Peaches & Cream

And I'm being sent a Ruby PatentPolish pencil by a friend.

I've lost my darned mind.

I certainly lost my low-buy goal of 2 items per standard collection, 3-4 for collections with mineralized products. Stomped all over that goal then kicked it out a window for good measure. I need to reign myself back in big time. Everything just looked so nice in the store, and like it would actually work on me, that I got snookered in. After all these collections that have come and gone this year that I could barely wear anything from, this one was too perfect for me in many ways. My poor wallet and CC.

I'm really thrilled I actually got the lipsticks though. I was worried I wouldn't be able to.

Going to play around with the quad tomorrow, and maybe the MSF.

Surprisingly, 1 of my fave items is Ruby patentpolish! It wasn't even on my list & ive been re-applying it all day just so I could look at it lolol I like it with Cranberry liner (another fave!) ;)

It's possible she meant a hold because if it was pre-order the store would have to track down stuff for her i believe. plus someone's butt would be in serious trouble.

even with a hold, it still sucks. I had stuff for Archie's Girls on hold and when I got to the store the bag was opened and 2 things missing. you could see where they ripped the staples opened and the manager there was super pissed it happened and apologized endlessly. She also didn't let me leave the store until she tracked down the lipsticks. That was also a MAC SA going above and beyond. I have only bought and given her all my sales since.

some people just suck :(

It is ok. We understand. Thank goodness the summer is a low buy for most all of us!

Even though I won't have much time to play, I am super excited for my small haul to arrive tomorrow! DG and RH :D They are in the state and scheduled for delivery!
