I see you know the guy ... One of my faves is coromadel which is his first work since he got back to chanel. And lutens perfumes were my first introduction to the world of non cemmercial fragrances. Hope olivier will keep high quality level , for sure he's got some large shoes to fill

Yes I love Sheldrake, a former architect so far I know, good at maths too, a genius and a talented nose. Coromandel is an exclusive to Paris, like the other ones ( Beige, 22, etc..) great fragrances but we don ´t have them here ( we can order from the St Honoré store ). I trust Olivier Polge, even if my fav nose is Jean-Claude Ellena, who now works for Hermès with Christine Nagel. I am a huge fan of fragrances well another addiction lol.

Confident looks very pretty. The Fall collection will launch late August and I don ´ t want to buy Fall collections when it is 30 outside, I love being in the mood, except for the spring collections because they launch in January or so.

I didn't know sheldrake was an architect, how did he turn into chemical? I lile ellena's work too especially the jardin series. By the way, did you smell the eau premiere in the new (or better old) bottle? I'm still wondering if it has been reformulated , I gave a quick sniff and felt something unusual, creamier ,rosier but I'm not sure it is not my imagination ...

I'm just interested with innocence JC and viva. Yeah I hope there will be swatches.

I had a list with my picks from this collection and ignored it, so I didn't get Viva.

But I went back and ordered it.

I swatched many RCS but lol it was some days ago, I swatched 8 of them, pigmentation is better than it used to be but some ladies here prefer the previous version ( less pigmented and very sheer ), the Fall ones are sheer but pigmented too. Not as much as a RC though.

I have two of them and I enjoy them very much. Emotion is my favorite. I wear it w/Chanel's Plum lip liner and love the staying power of that combo.
Because of that I didn't hesitate getting 2 from the fall collection.

Orage looks beautiful too, I'm still considering all three shades in fact. But I think Atmosphere is the only LE one, so that makes me more excited for that one, knowing I can take my time with the other ones. Can't wait to hear what you think of Orage

I wonder why nothing is listed as limited edition on chanel.com? Are all items permanent this time?

I only paid attention to the RCSs & I think Viva is listed as limited edition.

I agree, the RCS are very good and the texture is moisturizing ( I love the packaging too ), I never use a liner though maybe I should pick up the Dior or UD one ( colour less neutral one ) .

Yes, that's what I thought - so rushed to order!
But then realized nothing is shown as limited on Chanel online store, hence decided to go and ask the best experts ever - Specktrettes!!!! (not sure this is the right word, but you know who I mean)

Just beautiful ! For fall, the RCS are really worth the splurge IMO ( I don't even need swatches I have 8 RCS and I love the previous and the current version ).
