What a fun day & awesome haul. The swatches are lovely, and you look so beautiful!!! I love the look of Confident but I was afraid it would be too close the RCSHi Ladies! I went to Saks this morning for an appointment with a makeup artist and picked up few things from this collection. The artist did a toned down version of the cover look with the pink, purple and yellow eye. It was toned down but still WOW for day! lol. I ended up buying the the yellow gold (Admiration) & burgundy (Hesitation) ,<----gorgeous! I also picked up Coco Shine in Confident and a Glossimer in Songe. I should have taken a picture but I had to wash my face off in a hurry when I came home since I'm not used to wearing so many creams, base, concealer and powder. I also purchased the Les Beiges Fluid in No30...very nice but I passed on the striped powder. I have hit pan on Les Beiges in #40 that I use as a bronzer and am trying to stay laser focused on finishing it up before I buy anything new.

I decided to pass on the nail polishes for today. I had originally thought I would get Atmosphere but I believe it is very sheer. My sales associate had it on top of Secret which was really pretty and would probably be really pretty on top of Orage as well. I may go back for the deep purple Pulsion eye shadow and maybe Orage nail polish a little later in the season. I'm still in summer mode.

Songe looks gorgeous. Chanel glosses are so lovely, I have a very pigmented one " Savage Grace " and a very soft one " Bagatelle", Songe is calling my name, every Chanel collection calls my name even when Peter Philips is away.

Good to know because I've already ordered it---so impatient! I think I'll pair it w/ Chanel Plum, Variation Aqua Crayon Lip Colour 21
to intensify it & give it more staying power.

Thank you. I really like the LB Fluid, it's so light and I've been really into a more sheer look lately. I think RCS Emotion looks like it has more plum in it than Confident so I think you are safe.

My local Lord & Taylor just received the collection so I was able to check it out today. My only purchase was the 191 lip gloss so pretty. The eyeshadow colors didn't appeal to me. I never buy the lip shines so I didn't even check them out - the RCS never seem to last on me. The blush was pretty but at first glance, it reminded me of other blushes I had. Once I swatched it, I was sure I had something identical or extremely close.

My first Dior was Sunset from TransatlantiqueI forgot to mention that I was really impressed with the felt tip liner also. The makeup artist did a very precise winged line. I did notice that she had me keep my eye closed for a few moments after she applied and it felt very wet. I was told these are water 'resistant' as opposed to waterproof . I decided to wait on this since I have problems with liners transferring up because my lids are hooded.
This is exactly how I felt about the blush.

I just Googled Sundeck, it almost reminds me of ysl couleurs d'afrique (but nicer)

Lol it is pretty too. A vibrant colour Dior lippies are very good IMO, there are so many shades available so many textures too.Sunset the lipstick

It's not "fiery red" on me as described but it's a lovely pink with sweet tiny microshimmers and the texture is so nice. After that I got Esquisse and 999 but Sunset is my fave. Sorry, back to topic lol

Peter Philips now works for Dior but he created great collections for Chanel and the Fall one has his name written on it, it is inspired by Peter Philips, I think he did create many current collections or he gave his instructions to the Artistic Team. I am a fan of Peter Philips but also a fan of François Nars, btw and a fan of Artistic Directions and Teams. Back to topic I need the blush, the RCS, the np and the glosses ! better put aside some Euros lol !
