I notice my lipsticks came were out of the box as well I thought maybe with shipping they fell out of the box . They were all fine noting messed up or broken so It was all good I just thought it was odd too

My lippies usually look as if the top flap of their individual boxes had been opened, but I've never received anything used, no matter if I order from MAC, Nordies, Macy's or Dillard's. I think it may just be from them being tossed into the box so quickly. Unless something was obviously damaged, I wouldn't worry about it.

mines come like this all the time I think its happens in the long shipping process but I always check out my items and everything so far has been okay I would not worry

that's what I thought, I didn't want them to tell me, ah ok we will send you another blush, and return the other one, and then tell me it was sold out and didn't have any more. So I left it at that. Sorry for so many mistakes, this cell has auto correct, and if I don't check before send, it would have a lot of none sense written.

There's no need to call. My Osbourne order from MAC came and my MSFN box was open. It happens sometimes during shipment. If the product wasn't broken, there's no need to cause a stir over nothing.

Hmm I wonder if it will be a real collection or something small like the Hailey Williams collab. Either way, there will likely be a nice lipstick color. Something lavender, like Kelly's hair, would be cool.

Finally got my hands on DG! It's not my fave color, but it looks nicer with purple liner like Heroine.

My mac counter at macys opens every box and checks the color - atleast one box comes open in every package I receive - I think that's probably why.

Macy's got my pedro mirror gloss to me by sending me the "wrong" one. I was pretty impressed.I'd gladly let anyone open my stuff if it means I for sure get what I ordered

exchanged my riot house for a back up of kelly yum yum today, so happy I have a BU of that now, been wearing it everyday since i got it.
