It probably hasn't been! But on that note my sisters Refresh MSF she bought in store...appeared to have been opened and swatched aswell. Sometimes the powder is powdery and as it moves in boxes via shipment it'll receive some dust up that aren't noticeable till opened.

UPS just delivered my CB! So happy! Too bad I'm too lazy to play with makeup today...that always happens - every time I get a delivery, I can't play with it right away cause I'm either lazy or am stuck at home doing stuff and don't want to waste the makeup. Anyway, CB is soo pretty!


Also - everybody looks so gorgeous in their pics! I love how this collection worked for everybody!

when I received my nordstrom package, a very was open, lipsticks, the 2 blushes, and peaches and Cream was out the box, it was like a person just shove the products inside the wrapping papers and them throw them in side the box. But nothing was broken, the blush just had a tiny mark.

As with a few others, RH is somewhat difficult to work with. However, I've tried it with What A Blast! lipliner and Sweet & Sour on top and it looked a lot better. Will definitely do that lippy look next time I rock a smokey eye!

I like RH paired with In Synch but when I want it to pop a little more What a Blast looks very pretty!! That is my next liner on my list

I didn't contact them because nothing was broken, but my macy's shipping was ordered 40 minutes later, and arrive a day before nordstrom s and they even gave me as a gift this nice lancome makeup bag, and is a big one. They wrapped everything nicely.

There's no need to call. My Osbourne order from MAC came and my MSFN box was open. It happens sometimes during shipment. If the product wasn't broken, there's no need to cause a stir over nothing.

I notice my lipsticks came were out of the box as well I thought maybe with shipping they fell out of the box . They were all fine noting messed up or broken so It was all good I just thought it was odd too

that's what I thought, I didn't want them to tell me, ah ok we will send you another blush, and return the other one, and then tell me it was sold out and didn't have any more. So I left it at that. Sorry for so many mistakes, this cell has auto correct, and if I don't check before send, it would have a lot of none sense written.

mines come like this all the time I think its happens in the long shipping process but I always check out my items and everything so far has been okay I would not worry
