thanks dear. That darkest shadow is seriously gorgeous! Its a bit deeper, brownish, eggplant than 83 ILLUSOIRE but similar. They look very shiny in the pan, but perfct on the skin. Just lovely!

They had the new brush & its very very nice. I'm definitely going to get it. It is a bit narrower/tapered & comes more to a rounded point in the center. I use my Mac one a lot, but I like the new Chanel one better.

Squeals---just added it to my BD wish list. It's on Macy's web site now, but not yet available for purchase.

Now I'm really curious if they have it at my local Macy's as the website said. I did not bother to call because I figured the SAs would be clueless like has been already reported. Maybe I should give them the benefit of the doubt.

It really does sound like it sold out. Hopefully other merchants will carry it, but what a bummer!!! It's still on the website and when trying to add

Yesterday chanel.com told me that the whole set of new es palettes would be available on their web site next week. He said there is an LE one included but didn't have info on the name. Maybe that is Poesie. We shall see.

Hi, dear! Well, all that happened was that my bank released the funds after five or so working days. There was absolutely no follow up or anything from Chanel since (even after I emailed them again to point out that my previous order went thru ok but not this one), which is what really disappointed me. When my order from Nordstrom was cancelled because of the new samples restrictions, the Beauty Stylist on live chat replaced the order for me and was very helpful. Saks confirmed after 20 mins or so and shipped within a couple hours max lol I hope Saks or Nordies can get them soon, although I'm still hesitant about buying Chanel in the future... Can't help how I feel there but I hope to shrug it off.

The new formula is the same in all countries. No USA or EU specific formulas for now on (although you never know, with the spring Lumières Facettes formula revived (for Spring 2014) after 3-4 years..).

This brings up the question... what USA-formula quads are staying?

New ones are much better, they should just discontinue the old ones. That formula is the same as their mono and duo eyeshadows anyway, it's great that the quads are different imo.

I think I've only seen pics of the quad itself. Is that Poesie? Hmmmm. It doesn't fit elegant's description.
