I really want the shape and sculpt duo if it's the compact I'll take the blush if it's the compact but I'd have more use for the shape and sculpt and of course I'll need a lipstick or two I dunno, I think I'm more into the novelty of the packaging than the actual products

I really hope the blush is good too. sheertone shimmer sounds like a really odd pairing but in a really good way i hope that the shimmer isn't too chunky or looks cray on pores.

Sheertone shimmers are really popular sellers. Not chunky at all, nor is it an odd pairing. MAC has had the finish for quite a long time now.

Decided to finally watch this again today and figured lets try and see if the Viggle app works with the soundtrack....well it does!

The lips are what makes the whole collection super exciting. The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a cult classic. The lips are an instantly recognizable image from that movie. That is why everyone is so excited about the lips. Maybe if you watch the movie, you will come to appreciate and enjoy the lips being on the packaging too!

I completely agree, I think the packing is perfect! The lips are iconic. I think the packing really represents Rocky Horror. I honestly don't know what else they would have done. Maybe perhaps some of the people who don't like the packing haven't seen the movie, or don't know the culture? :dunno: I'll admit, it's not necessarily pretty. But it's not suppose to be. It's just classic Rocky Horror 

 

Not a fan, either. There are a few lipsticks I like the sound of, but they need to look great or I'm not buying, cause the packaging isn't selling it for me.

i probably will eventually watch the movie...i can't believe i haven't already i know the lips are exciting to people who are fans, and i certainly don't think it's inappropriate given the recognizability of the image...i'm usually just not into imagery on my packaging. usually with collections like this, i either completely skip if i dislike the packaging enough (eg. dame edna) , or like with the marilyn monroe collection, i bought the products i liked regardless. the colour story looks appealing at this point, so i'm pretty sure the latter will be the case.

I'm the same as you, I don't like pictures on my stuff most of the time. I have some things from the Fafi collection but I bought it more for the actual product. I like packaging like AA or the Viva Glam Riri and the Riri Holiday packaging. And Temperature Rising was very nice, too. I'm just not into pictures. I have seen the movie but it was long ago and I don't remember it much.

Same here. I don't think I've ever tried them and for some reason I don't remember ever hearing about them. I must be going loco.

They really do! I think I'm going to go check them out once my no buy is over.

The Sheertone Shimmers are awesome! Sheertones on the other hand I dislike for some reason.

I have almost all of the perm ones and I love them, but my faves are Plum Foolery, Sunbasque and Springsheen. I think Plum Foolery and Breezy would look really nice on your skin tone, but you could probably get away with most of the shades.
