Right?! I thought it was be too sheer, but patentpink was really pigmented. I tried on Full of Joy blush when I went to Macy's yesterday and both together are amazing.I love patentpink too! I ordered a BU yesterday!

Do keep in mind that the CC line doesn't set makeup, just the two translucent powders. They're two completely different powders. And definitely try it for yourself. In all the years that i worked for mac i never had one person tell me it broke them out, and i always recommended this powder, and still do actually, unless they're gonna be photographed with flash that is. I love this powder and the silky feeling it leaves in the skin. I can't stop touching my face when i use it, which isn't a good thing! :haha:
Their shipping is definitely ridic! Maybe add another item or two you've been wanting to reach $50? But I totally feel you - I think that is why I make Macy's my absolute last resort lol. Their shipping is too much!

Lol...here is NYX Macaron lipstick in Violet, Dodgy Girl and NYX Macaron lipstick in Lavender. Violet is definitely closer to Dodgy Girl than Lavender. Top pic is no flash, bottom is with flash. I'm a C4 in Mac's Studio Fix. Definitely love Violet :heart2: . I think Lavender is gonna be some work lol...
It's really pretty! I can't wait to wear it lol. My nearest Target has NYX, too but hardly any of the stuff I want. Last time I checked, they only had butter glosses. But CVS carries NYX, too if you have a CVS nearby. And ULTA!
It's not just you; I totally agree! It makes my lips look cracked. DG really shows off the lines on my lips. Not even retro mattes (which I love) make my lips look like that. The only thing that I've noticed helps a bunch is applying siren song then applying DG immediately after. Which sucks because I love siren song to death on its own and I don't have a backup. Prep n prime didn't help me sadly. I still love my dodgy girl so much though it's one of my faves.
It's not too dry for me. I found Riot House to be dryer. I do try and exfoliate before I use any matte lipstick, and using a quick swipe of chapstick helps me apply it a bit easier. Maybe try the swipe of chapstick - it definitely makes it smoother to apply.
Thanks ladies I going to try Chapstick and siren song I did buy ss for the packaging I can use it for dg I hate the way dg shows those lines on my lips I going to try to make it work I only worn twice since I got it because it feels like chalk on my lips but the color is pretty

I didn't realize that, either. I have a CVS a couple blocks from my house and somehow never noticed. perhaps it is only certain locations, though?
