I originally contacted MAC online and they took forever to get back to me. They asked me for pictures of the busted lippie which I sent right away. Then they quickly replied & told me that the file of the pics was too large & they were unable to view the pictures so I needed to send them a smaller file (wow lol). So I did & didn't get a reply at day. So I finally called CS a minute ago & they told me they are sending me a replacement first thing tomorrow! In other words; there is more!!!

i'm glad too, it was a relief to not have to deal with any annoying customer service reps when i was already mad about the beauty powder. i just sent them an email though because if they're sending you a new burmese kiss the girl could've possibly been lying to me about having more summer opal! & yes, i'm surprised you think it looks like toying around! on me TA has a ton of orange in it and i don't like it nearly as much as i wanted to. BK is everything i wanted TA to be plus a little extra lolLovely. I also agree about it looking like a bright red; there is a lot of red in it!
Good idea! Lol. Hopefully they do & send you a new Summer Opal. And surprisingly BK & TA look almost the same on my lips (except for the finish of course). There is a hint of orange in TA on me, but honestly not as much as I thought there would be (since Temptalia described it as an orange-coral). The difference between the two is that smidge of orange than red that TA has but other than that they are very similar to me.
yeah i would definitely prefer to have a replacement rather than a refund and be left with a smashed up powder! & that is so strange. i knew TA would have at least some orange in it from blogger swatches but i was really surprised and disappointed at how orange it pulled on me. maybe it's because i'm so pasty white! no idea, but either way i'm glad BK lived up to my expectations
