These all look gorgeous but very dupeable. The only shade I like that I don't have a pretty perfect dupe for is Dominique. Shame that one had to be an exclusive.

I just called one of the boutiques and pre-ordered 7 exclusives over the phone since they won't be available online.

They said it's free if I order over $75 (I'm not sure, but I think she said $75) and they send packages by Fedex Ground!

The closest boutique is 410 miles away from me so they will ship phone orders all over the US, correct?

Yes, I called Madison and Melrose. The MUA at Melrose was really nice over the phone and told me detailed color descriptions (she brought testers with her), so I ordered here.
