I really like Charlotte. My favorite so far. It's not as creamy as the others. Audrey looks richer and a bit redder in real life. Fanny is the creamiest I've tried so far. I am obsessed with these lipsticks.

Finally submitted my 1st order at Barney's. Anita & Jane --- I also added the Dolomites eyeshadow duo!
:yahoo: I am stalking the site for Dominique and vivien to pop up!! :sigh: I was on 2 minds about Audrey but seeing the swatches feel better about that order!!

Audrey is beautiful! Vivien is one of my next 2....which site are stalking? I'm scared to order from Nars.

Barneys! Last I checked they didn't have both. Exactly the reason I am skeptical ordering from nars. I did not have issues with the first order but I really don't want to risk it!! :unsure:

A Nars boutique is also as stupid as their website. I should receive a tracking number yesterday because I ordered last Saturday, but I hadn't. So I called them and said they didn't send my package yesterday. They said technically Fedex forgot picking up my package and promised they'll send it today. Can you believe it? I can't stand their CS anymore.

OMG!!! That's crazy!!! Their CS is just plain horrible!!! Sorry that happened to you. They should know that we anxiously await these lippies!!

They have it? It's not even showing for me anymore, but I'm glad it's on it's way to you. I'm a bit bitter b/c Brigitte is gone and I should wait until tomorrow for my first delivery, but I mean, why delay the inevitable? I'm going to look over swatches and see if I hit that submit button. :devil: Now I want Audrey. :eek:hboy: ETA: And what the hell is up w/ Nars CS? Disgusting.

Its SOOOO horrible! They should get facebook comments about it. Maybe that would put a fire under their butts to change. I had my horrible experience probably a year ago...so a year later...nothing has changed & I really let them know what a terrible experience it was.
