:eek:hboy: Its SOOOO horrible! They should get facebook comments about it. Maybe that would put a fire under their butts to change. I had my horrible experience probably a year ago...so a year later...nothing has changed & I really let them know what a terrible experience it was.
Nothing does the trick like the trifecta of an e-mail, an actual letter and a call. Light a fire under them until the problem is resolved. If I had any interest or no other choice that to order from them I'd be all over them, but I have other options. I'm choosing not to waste my time with them and that's a shame because I always enjoy ordering from a brands site when possible.

They have it? It's not even showing for me anymore, but I'm glad it's on it's way to you. I'm a bit bitter b/c Brigitte is gone and I should wait until tomorrow for my first delivery, but I mean, why delay the inevitable? A Nars boutique is also as stupid as their website. I should receive a tracking number yesterday because I ordered last Saturday, but I hadn't. So I called them and said they didn't send my package yesterday. They said technically Fedex forgot picking up my package and promised they'll send it today. Can you believe it? I can't stand their CS anymore.

I don't think anyone has had problems w/ barney's. Heaven help us if that happens before these lipsticks are available everywhere.
