These shadows have a very creamy and buttery texture to them. They're reminiscent of the LORAC shadows IMO but way more creamy and buttery. The pigmentation isn't amazing but with matte shadows its hard to get good pigmentation anyway. I'm most impressed with the creaminess of the shadows. Application wise, its pretty nice. Powder does kick upand that's what's reminiscent of the LORAC palette and even the naturally pretty palette. They blend nice, the few colors I used. The highlight shade does nothing for me. I used the lightest shade on my brow bones, the second lightest shade all throughout my crease, the second darkest shade to deepen up my crease and then the darkest shade as a liner. I also put Opal all over the lid.

Thanks Mel for the swatches.I really loved the look you have done with it!!
I just wish the shades were a tad more pigmented so that they dont overlap once worn since the colors are from more or less the same shade family!!

I agree, they're not that special and theyre too creamy. I can do this look with soft brown and swiss chocolate from MAC and it looks exactly the same. I think I'm going to return it... I feel bad, but it was just too buttery and too similar

Baby Sephora haul arrived this morning. Can't wait to try OCC nail polish (Technopagan). Gotta love VIB rouge and the Free shipping

Yeah I was really disappointed.

Returned it and Stila eye shadow palette in store today. After the return, I paid $40 out of pocket. They gave me another VIB Rouge black bag full of goodies. The cheapest I've ever gotten out of Sephora. :lol:

I went to Sephora and got:

Nars Sheer Glow in Deauville
Nars Creamy Concealer in Custard
Rosebud Perfume Co. Strawberry Lip Balm

I wanted to try on LM Silk Creme, but instead she put on the Moisture Supreme, which was also nice. I ended up getting the Nars Sheer Glow as everyone seems to love it. I don't know why she didn't match me to Silk Creme when I asked literally 3 times about it, but...oh well. Sheer Glow and I were meant to be I guess.

Does anyone know when Sephora's big sales typically happen? I don't mean F&F, I mean when they add like 300+ items to the Sale page and mark them down a lot. I can't recall if they're annual or seasonal sales because I don't remember how often they happen. I haven't taken advantage of the big sales in like two years so I've forgotten!
