NARS Audacious Lipstick

Me too. I still haven't received my package from Mac. Not sure why. Seems like most women have received their packages from when Mac debuted this collection.
My Nordies Mac order is taking forever. I'm wondering if packages aren't delayed due to the tracking issues UPS was having.

They're here & they are fabulous! Smooth & insanely pigmented & GORGEOUS - every single one! Well worth the $$$ Pure LOVE!!!

Anna, Grace, Greta, Annabella

Anna - such a pretty slight lilac tinged mauve
Grace - a vibrant coral hibiscus pink
Greta - such a beautiful slight red tinge deeper but vibrant magenta fuschia
Annabella is my FAVE! Its the most gorgeous striking slight orange poppy red ever!

Got an e-mail response from Nars in regards to being overcharged. It said that their records show only one order was place (no,really??) and that the funds will be reimbursed by my bank in 3-5 business days (it's already back) and for any other concerns I should contact them directly (well, maybe if your CS was open beyond 5pm). Ugh. Never again Nars.

I did overnight at my sephora (i should stop volunteering to do that shift lol) but i opened a box and lo and behold the nars lipsticks were there! We only got in like 7 shades so far. Let me try and remember (miyicho, jane, juliette, audrey, charlotte, jeanne, barbara, grace and annabella) Ok guess that was 9 lol.

It'll be so weird if they don't get all the non-exclusives, but it's better than nothing. Barbara and Charlotte are the ones in that group that I want.

When we get new items in we usually dont get everything all at once. So maybe by next tuesday we should have everything. In the back at least. Then there is the issue of whoever is going to switch out the display. Which is a pain in the ass lately when it comes to the nars display

I really want to place an order from them, but I just cannot deal with the crap. But, I know I will since I can't get the 2 shades at barneys

They are SOOOO much prettier & pigmented on the lips than they look on my arm

I'm always amused at the Nars & MUFE displays at my local Sephora because I think if they get just a tad bigger they're going to push another brand completely out the store. I know I see employees putting out product and it takes them hours.

Maybe it'll be better to order by phone? It's so funny to me that they charged me $210 for 2 lipsticks. They're not that damn good, Nars.

fortunately for me & for the lovely lady that answered the phone she totally got it. I told them that they've known about this probelm for almost a year & have not resolved it. I told them that on media a large number of people do not want to order from them because of the chaos & lack of CS availability. I suggested strongly lol that they scrap their cart & maybe get a new development team for the site because it doesn't serve the customer as is. I also told them that no other large site like Nordies etc. makes it this difficult to be able to place an order!

One of the issues with the cart/ordering according to her, is that it authorizes the card several times (creating those multi charges) once for estimated taxes, then again for correct taxes, and then again when your order is processed for shipping. HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thats 3 times on your card.
